Went out for the day out and was greeted with the new maid of the palace. They showed me around the grounds and ensured me that the place was very clean and high quality throughout. She pulled me aside into a private area to show off her skills, next thing I know she's got my royal jewels in her mouth. If you ever encounter the maid look for Neil Jordan on her name tag or give her a call first to arrange the private jewel polishing ha - 07900490293
It was an incredible experience and our guide Paul was very knowledgeable and patient, which was appreciated. The high tea was delicious and the palace itself was stunning, Would highly recommend.
There is a bit of walking but worth the ending at tea. Guide was very understanding and the Orangery was excellent

We loved our walk through Kensington Gardens. Doug was very informative and lively. The setting in the Orangerie was very nice. We sat by a window, and they opened it up to give us a fresh breeze. It was beautiful. The food was not as I would expect for Kensington High Tea. The tea I ordered was a chai vanilla and it was delicious. No one came by to see if we wanted more hot water or tea. The tea sandwiches, and deserts were marginal. So in summery, the walk was great, the setting was nice, but the tea was ok.

Very pleasant experience. The tea & accouterments were excellent. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly would have preferred a shorter walk in the park, but was still a great tour.

We actually picked this tour primarily for the High Tea but my family and I ended up loving the garden tour notwithstanding the heat waves' impact on the grass, etc. Our guide Barbara was very patient with our group's relentless photo taking. The afternoon tea at the Orangery following the tour of the gardens was very welcomed and enjoyable.
