During my brief time in Mumbai, I used this company's services for transfer from the airport to my hotel and vice versa. The driver (sorry, I forgot his name!) was prompt, spoke English well, friendly, and made sure I got to my hotel just fine. In going back to the airport, he also contacted someone from the same agency to go with me to the check-in counter and negotiate an early check-in. I really appreciated their service. I also used this company to go on a half-day tour of Mumbai. The guide Shivaji was knowledgeable and took our interest in consideration when planning the day. He took us to interesting places that I wouldn't have seen if I were traveling independently. All in all, I highly recommend this company (I already recommended them to several travelers who were planning on going to Mumbai)!
