An unforgettable experience. My fiancé and I had never been in a hot air balloon before, and I was quite nervous, but our pilot Nicole was very knowledgable and reassuring. She made sure we got to the highest point we could and was so enthusiastic. You could tell she really loved her job. We had Rasheed serving us coffee and food on the flight, which was also delicious (although we couldn’t eat much unfortunately as it was so early and I was rather anxious!). He was very friendly and polite, and was always offering to take amazing pictures of us with Nicole making sure we got the best angles and views! The landing was very fun (though most people’s least favourite bit!). When landing, Nicole also took photos of us outside the balloon. My fiancé proposed in the air and Rashid made sure to film all and take pictures! Karim our driver was also great, arriving promptly to pick us up and return back to our hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

5 out of 5 — an absolutely amazing experience! We opted for the VIP package, which included a private driver who picked us up and drove us to the camp. Everything was seamless and first-class from the start. Before the flight, we were treated to refreshments, and during the balloon ride we had our own private compartment with juice service, which made the experience even more special. I’m sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman assisting us, but he was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout. Our pilot, Nicole, was top-notch! She had a great sense of humor, made us feel completely safe, and shared excellent insight about piloting the balloon. The views were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. The drone service costs extra, but it is absolutely worth it to capture and remember such a special moment. Thank you all for helping celebrate my 50th birthday and making it such an incredible memory!

What an amazing experience! From start to finish - everything was so exceptional. Friendly driver & Nicole our ballon pilot was brilliant - our flight time was 1hour 5mins & she was calm friendly & made sure that we experienced altitude & views of the Berber village, regularly turning to ensure our view was panoramic. Thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable experience.

We booked this balloon trip ahead of our travel to Morocco. Once we arrived we overheard others booking similar activities with companies less experienced. From the moment we were in the hands of the competent staff of Ciel D’Afrique, we were treated like royalty. We cannot say enough about their professionalism and enthusiasm for what they do. When I tell you that these guys are exceptional- that word does not cover it. From pick up to drop off, we were treated like royalty. Arthur, our pilot was so knowledgeable and professional!!! An absolutely magnificent experience of the sunrise of Morocco! We were picked up on time by Karim at the hotel, he drove us to the starting place and took excellent care of us until the start. Especially when it got queasy for me shortly after boarding he calmed me down wonderfully and made a start possible. The crew was busy preparing at the time and did not have to be disturbed thanks to Karim! Our pilot Daniel was incredibly nice throughout the ride and gave us excellent information about everything we could see from above. Breakfast was a real highlight even if it could not really be adequately enjoyed with the great pictures you had in mind. The landing was announced far too early and even if it was ‘sporty’ as announced, we knew we would be safe with our crew at all times! A special thanks again to Daniel for this! We were already expected at the landing site by Karim again and after a relaxed return trip the teaum was unfortunately already over again! A real highlight and really highly recommended!

Well organised through TUI in hotel, early 5am start for minibus but breakfast was basic coffee and a croissant but excellent trip.

Brilliant. And so well organised. I would go again and recommend this to anyone. Thanks to our pilot Pierre too who made it a special trip.

We took the sunrise breakfast flight yesterday 21 Jan. The experience was spectacular. Jonathan G, our English pilot, immediately gave us confidence that we were in safe hands given his experience & gravitas (we were all ballooning virgins). The flight was incredible; one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Just beautiful. Even the landing was fun. The organisation by Ciel d’Afrique was perfect, from pick up to drop off & everything in between. Highly recommend.
