Had a great Sunrise flight with Happy Ballooning and our pilot, Elsen was excellent. Smooth takeoff and landing with clear explanations of the landing position. Would highly recommend a balloon flight with Happy Ballooning.

Fabulous excursion. Was picked up early from the hotel. Arrived and could have tea, coffee etc. Was taken to the balloon and watched it inflate then climbed into the basket. We were up for around 50 mins. Majority of other companies were only up for 30 mins. We had amazing views. On landing we then had berber breakfast and the pilot of the balloon came over and talked to us unbeknown to us that he was partner in the company. Plus was interesting telling us all the history of the company etc. We paid the extra 50 euros for photos and videos. Would highly recommend commend this company as not rushed at all. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Wow what an amazing start to your day watching the sun rise over the Atlas Mountains from a hot air balloon. Our pilot Tom was very experienced and made everyone feel safe from start to finish. The take off and landing were faultless. The communication was excellent prior and we were picked up from our hotel on time. We were greeted with a hot drink and biscuit prior to taking flight and had a lovely breakfast in the desert afterwards. No unnecessary waiting around, everything timed to perfection. I would 100% recommend booking with this company thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Everything was excellent, from pick up to drop off on the same spot as arranged day before by WhatsApp. Professional, skilled service, flight was great with knowledgeable pilot. All done as expected and told in the reservation.

The start was postponed repeatedly due to the wind conditions. That is of course fine, but there was no information about anything. In the basket, being with 20 people is simply overcrowded; you can't turn or move around.

Great experience in a dream setting above the clouds. A top-notch team that welcomes you and accompanies you throughout this excursion. A big thank you to the pilot. A flight certificate at the end 😊

A magical experience. The whole trip felt very organised and professional. I’m not great with heights and yet I didn’t feel at all afraid on this. It was a smooth and gentle take off and landing. The flight itself was almost indescribably magical. Just amazingly calm and peaceful. Although there were lots on the ride we felt we had the skies to ourselves! Such a special thing to do. I 100% recommend it. DO bring warm layers! We didn’t but thankfully the company gave us some blankets. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Excellent from start to finish. WELL worth it.

Very happy with the hot air balloon ride, however we have the video for 40€, well received but impossible to download and now view it, more than disappointed... Is there anything I can do?

Since I made the reservation, I asked if the company would pick me up at the hotel and I have recorded the information that Yes. Yeah, the day before the tour, I was informed that they were going to pick up at another point. I did what was possible: I walked through the Medina one day to understand was the way. However, at 5 a.m. completely alone and with the souks lights out, it is impossible to do this. The pick-up time would be 5:30, 5:18 I informed that I was lost and would return to the hotel because I was not feeling safe (a few strange men approached me on the streets). The driver lied saying he came to the hostel, and I at the reception disappointed without having more to do. So the company didn't pick me up, didn't inform me and went on the journey. I had to ask what would be done and then they called me to give the information. I hope my refund is made.

Wow. What an experience this was. Contact made when indicated. Picked up and drive to the site. Hot air balloon experience was something won’t forget. Paid for the video at the site and it was well worth the money. Pilot was brilliant and breakfast was lovely when we arrived back. Great value for money and would highly recommend x
