Great life experience. Away with 15yr old Daughtrer and gave it a try. Professional set up, new equipment, good crowd. Very friendly staff. Paid extra for the drone video was worth it but they did not pressure to buy. Authentic breakfast . Toilets on site .

Picked up on time from hotel, courteous driver, great experience when we got to the venue, hot air balloon ride was amazing. Felt safe at all times and then headed back to the venue for some light breakfast -would highly recommend to anybody.

First time in a hot air balloon and what an experience. Pick up from hotel was on time with friendly staff. The site was nice and clean with excellent facilities. The balloon flight was amazing with a perfect sunrise with ideal conditions. A gentle landing ended the flight. Breakfast back at base was typical Moroccan then driven back to hotel by same driver. All in all a perfect start to the day.

This was an absolute highlight. From start to finish this was the best experience and highly recommend. I was super nervous before booking to ensure I found an operator that took safety seriously. And boy did they deliver. They were punctual on pick-up. The transfer is about 30 mins. You are greeted and given tea and offered to get the drone footage. I highly recommend this - it is well worth it!!! Watching the sunrise in the stillness and the specular view of the other balloons and the backdrop of the landscape is just spectacularly breathtaking. Our pilot was very skilled and our landing was A Class smooth. If you are going to do this - this is the one to go with.

The best experience ever! The pilot Abdel was an absolute professional. Great view of all the mountains and a really warm welcome at the camp. Would definitaly recommend this experience.

There were some pros and cons to this trip. The collection from the hotel was on time but the driver seemed in a bit of a hurry which was a bit scary at times. On arrival we had to sign in and were given some mint tea and then sat around for 20 minutes not sure what was going to happen next. The only communication we had was someone trying to upsell us photography and drone services. We were loaded into a truck and transported to another location and found out later that this was because of high wind so they couldn't take off at the normal location. This was not explained. They then attempted a take off but it was aborted as the balloon was dragging the anchor vehicle, and the pilot and driver of the anchor vehicle were shouting at each other. Again we had to ask what was going on when they told us they were going to wait a while for the wind to die down. So we hung around waiting and watching several other balloons from other companies take off successfully. The company had 2 balloons so they then tried with the second balloon (not ours) and eventually got that in the air although it looked like a terrifying experience. They had about 12 helpers and an anchor vehicle trying to stabilise the basket which was swinging about on the ground before there was enough hot air to get off the ground. One poor young girl from our balloon was so terrified by the spectacle that she started throwing up. Eventually we managed to take off and I'm pleased to say that our lift off went very smoothly, albeit a bit late. The pilot was very professional and friendly and made an extra effort to help and calm the terrified girl. The flight was great although due to the delayed start we missed sunrise itself. We were also only in the air for about 35 minutes, I guess due to the delayed start, so it seemed a bit short. Landing went well then we were returned to base camp for an average breakfast of fruit, Moroccan pancakes and breads, hard boiled egg and yoghurt. Overall we had a good trip and I can totally understand that weather can impact delivery of the service, I just think the whole experience lacked communication at a time when some feedback about what was going on might have allayed some fears. It also seemed that ours was one of the first balloons to attempt a take off but one of the last to eventually get off the ground. Given the previous reviews for the operator maybe we were just a bit unlucky!!!

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The early start was completely worth it. Watching the balloons being prepared in the half-light was exciting in itself, and once we were airborne the views across the Moroccan landscape were just extraordinary. The flight was wonderfully calm and gave us a completely different perspective on the countryside, with the sunrise, other balloons drifting nearby and the vast open landscape making it feel very special. The crew were professional, reassuring and friendly throughout, and everything felt well organised and safe. There was also a lovely atmosphere among everyone in the basket, which added to the experience. It genuinely felt like one of those memorable travel moments you know you’ll talk about for years. A brilliant way to see Morocco from a completely different angle. I’d highly recommend it.

Magical. This was a bucket list for me. As we arrived at the launch site, a guys was waving at our driver. An exchanged on Arabic ensued and we were told that the site was moved due to winds. We raced across the desert and had to run as the balloon was ready to lift off and the sun was coming up. Within seconds we were up and climbed quickly. We were one of at least two dozen balloons. We climbed, dropped and climbed again. It was fantastic. Note: Don't leave this to your last day as wind speeds are monitored and your ride - like mine the day before was - could be cancelled without much warning. My companions that did not go were regretting skipping this.

Looked after from pick up from hotel, through flight and back again. Excellent team. Amazing experience but to be missed. Fantastic views and lots of photo opportunities.
