What an awful experience. We were exhausted and followed the instructions as given to us by the people. The guy was incredibly rude and kept insisting he didnt have our reservation despite us showing them the confirmation number. We then had to wait 10 minutes for our ride in the cold. No sorry, nothing. Our driver was nice and the car was lovely. However, I will not be booking this service again, ever. We were treated with disrespect and never got an apology for a mistake they made. Definitely not VIP.
SURWS The arrival time of the vehicle in the airport is 10 minutes, there is no point in complaining about this, we are a tourism company, we are not an airline company, tourism vehicles cannot wait in the parking lot arriving at the airport
The driver Found us no problem & good communication vis What’s App - pick up at Airport door to door of the hotel. Vehicle has power for phone charger.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We booked the Maybach car but we're picked up by the cheaper one. Also no water was provided. I tried to call the tour operator but he was not picking up the phone nor replying to my messages. I filed a complain with viator now to get the difference to the cheaper car back as the tour operator is ghosting me.

If we wish to have a stress free transfer from airport to hotel or vice versa, make sure you book your transfer with this company. Driver is on time and easily contactable via WhatsApp. The drivers are very friendly and helpful with luggages. The car is clean and comfortable. Will definitely book with them when travelling to Istanbul.

Great service from start to finish. The driver was on time, professional and helpful. The cars were very luxury, clean and comfortable. The prices were also very affordable. Made our arrival in Istanbul really smooth. Perfect for families—highly recommend! Will definitely be using their services again when visiting Istanbul.

Great island tour. We really liked it, the first island is like Europe, you can ride bikes, have a delicious breakfast. Second island with clean water, sunbathe. The ship is fun, music, dancing. I recommend
