Fantastic service and very comfortable. Good price for the transfer. I initially made a mistake at time of booking and at short notice had to contact the Agent to correct my mistake… so accommodating and professional. Highly recommend and will use again in a few months
Our airport private transfer was a nightmare. The driver randomly stopped at a place selling Turkish ice cream and encouraged us to buy some, without ever mentioning the price. Only at the end did they reveal the cost – 5,000 lira for just 9 ice creams (about £10 each) – an outrageous scam. We had booked and paid for 14 seats, but the vehicle only had 13, which caused serious problems for our group. The pictures online showed a luxury vehicle, but what turned up was completely different – small, old, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was advertised. The driver also smoked while driving, filling the whole van with a horrible smell. When I raised these issues, the organisers were incredibly rude and even started shouting at me over the phone. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
Excellent service ! Our transport was waiting as soon as we arrived , lovely vehicle to travel in and water was given to us all for our journey, with the option to buy extra drinks. Great communication prior to our journey too. Would recommend and use again.
Absolutely flawless pick up and transfer!!! Punctual, kind and professional and very comfortable luxury car! Thank you and highly recommend
We booked our private luxury car with reasonable price before we landed at Antalya airport , the car was very cozy and driver welcomed us with a board written our names on it , he wasa polite person , with the warm weather of Antalya , everything was as we wanted and we also attended Antalya city tour , it was very informative and fun , thank you to this professional agency for making our days fun .
The driver's degree of professionalism and attention to detail really pleased me. The car was immaculately kept, which enhanced the whole pleasant experience. I look forward to making future reservations with them and have already told friends and family about this service.
I always got prompt and helpful answers to any questions or worries I had from their customer service. The trip was pleasant because the driver was professional and polite. Orpenna Global Travel impressed me with how quickly and reliably they did their job. I will not think twice about using their services again in the future.
