After flying from the UK to Bodrum, we contacted them to arrange our airport transfer. From the very beginning, they responded incredibly quickly and professionally. They first got in touch with us by message and then arranged the pick-up very efficiently. We had a very safe and comfortable journey all the way to our home in Bitez. The vehicle was extremely comfortable, and our driver was incredibly attentive, friendly, and polite. He made sure to ask throughout the journey if we needed anything, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It had honestly been a long time since I had travelled with such a professional and high-quality transfer service. I would highly recommend them to everyone. For our future transfers, I will most likely choose them again rather than anyone else. Thank you for the excellent service

Absolutely amazing experience with Adem. He was highly professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Despite the busy Bodrum traffic, he made the journey enjoyable with great conversation while ensuring we arrived smoothly for our hotel drop-off from Milas Airport. Adem is a wonderful host who clearly has a wealth of experience working with people, and it really shows in the way he looks after his guests. The car was immaculate, and the well-stocked minibar was a lovely touch that our girls especially enjoyed. An exceptional company, I can confidently recommend this company for your travel transfers especially if you are new to Bodrum and not sure how things work. Fast and easy pick up. The car was very clean and had snacks and cold drinks waiting for us. The drive was long because of traffic but the driver was very friendly.

We use Polestar Transfers for our trip to and from Milas/Bodrum airport. Driver was on time at both times and was friendly. The owner made sure we were satisfied and stayed in touch on Whatsapp. Would highly recommend.
