The monkeys bite. Made me bleed too. Wouldn’t recommend for a small child to come. Or adult in general. They didn’t offer a refund at all even if I have to pay to go get rabies shot and get tested for any other diseases. I was having a great time until that incident occurred and they just brushed it off. Also big money hungry scam . They don’t allow you to use your phone and only let you have your phone for 10 min after being with the monkeys and taking pictures from THEIR camera . Package is $250 for just 10 pics . Wouldn’t go again unless they actually know how to handle their monkeys properl

We enjoyed the small group experience. Clearing about four different species of monkeys. It was nice knowing these monkeys were being cared for and protected at the rehabilitation facility. Staff was fun and very knowledgeable.

I had an amazing experience with Monkey VIP in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The entire experience was well organized, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Getting to interact with the monkeys was unforgettable—they were adorable, playful, and clearly well cared for. Having them climb on my shoulders and gently take treats from my hands made for incredible memories and photos. The guides were knowledgeable and shared interesting facts about the animals and their care. The beautiful tropical setting made the experience even more special. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for nature lovers. I left with a huge smile and memories that I'll never forget. If you're visiting Punta Cana, I highly recommend adding Monkey VIP to your itinerary. It's a unique, fun, and memorable experience that's worth every minute! Juanzito y Jos make the experience better. They have transportation also.

The monkey House VIP was definitely a great experience. I’m glad I did a little research before booking and decided to wear “street” clothes. Getting dressed up will leave you a bit dirty due to the monkeys jumping over you while eating fruit and potentially urinating on you. The only negative review I have is that the staff charged one $150-$420 for photographs taking at the venue. That was the most expensive set of photographs that I’ve ever experienced while on vacation. They were able to negotiate a little bit, but I still think the price is a bit steep. Other than that, the staff handling the monkeys were awesome and very informative.

This is an unbelievable experience for all ages, I highly recommend to all ages, we will definitely be back! The monkeys are so playful. Bryan is a great man, guide who explained everything throughly.

Incredible experience. Jakuel was fantastic, monkeys were a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, fun, and clearly loved what they do. They passion helped it all be so exciting. Top to bottom a fantastic event, would highly recommend for anybody and everybody.

Easy, chill, and really cool experience. The monkeys were free roaming and the team interaction supported interaction using treats. Jakuel was our guide and was very kind and ensured we had a great time!
