Easy pick up. Danilo was pleasant and professional. Car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Used this service 3 times with 3 separate drivers (to /from our hotel in Uvero Alto and also booked them while on a catamaran excursion to stop for a quick shopping trip at La sirena and bring us back to the hotel.).Their service was amazing. They were very punctual and communication was fantastic. All the drivers were very friendly but our favorite was Ruben. He gave us a lot of facts about the areas we were driving in and kept the kids very entertained. He made the 45 minute drive from punta Cana to Uvero Alto very short by keeping the conversation going along the way. I will be using this service in the future and will recommend to all my family/friends.
Ruban was early and present, welcoming us with a big smile on his face. I would 100% recommend Ruban as a driver.

Our private transfer with Ruben from PUJ to the resort was excellent! Our driver, Ruben, was friendly, professional, punctual, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we were picked up. He was waiting for us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and got us to the resort safely and smoothly. Great service from start to finish we would definitely recommend him and use the company again!

Let me start by saying the reason for the low scoring was tor.the low quality of the vehicle. The suv was midsing a radio and the driver was plaing mudic from his phine. The suv was outdated and did not meet my stamdard for VIP. However the customer service and response time was spot.on. I would use them again. But reccommend they change the name from VIP as that to me.suggests luxury.
