Unfortunately I lost my boat trip due to wrong meeting location. I arrived in time on the location that is stated but from the wrong location stated is a 10 minute walk that made me loose departure. Also the communication with the tour company was unpleasant and they did offer another day but not the one that I am available. Be aware before booking, I lost 4 tickets and this never ever happened with many many bookings around the world with Viator. Very disappointing :(

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we’d like to clarify a few important details for the sake of fairness to our team and future guests.
Our departure location and instructions are clearly communicated in the booking confirmation, including a request to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. This policy is standard and necessary to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests.
On the day of your booking, we attempted to contact you, but unfortunately, you arrived after the scheduled departure time. The site you mentioned is a well-established location where we host hundreds of guests every week without confusion.
We did offer you an alternative date as a goodwill gesture, even though the delay was not due to any mistake on our part. We're truly sorry this solution didn’t work for your schedule.
We always strive to provide excellent service and clear communication, and we encourage all future guests to carefully check the meeting details and arrive early to avoid any issues.
Thank you for your understanding.

Beautiful Views, but Food and Entertainment Could Be Better
The location of the cruise is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline at night – truly a highlight of the experience. The ambiance on the dhow was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
However, the food was quite disappointing, lacking flavor and variety. Additionally, the onboard entertainment left much to be desired, as the show felt unengaging and uninspired.
Overall, it’s worth it for the views and the unique experience of dining on a traditional dhow, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the food and entertainment department.
