Awful customer service
Terrible customer service. When booking originally in December 2025 communication was regular. Was assured that the tour could be changed/cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour date. Once booked, communication ceased, I initially wanted to change the date (eventually completed after 8 weeks) and finally need to cancel due to the ongoing situation in the UAE. I had contacted them through every possible channel and each time I have been completely ignored. No refund or alternative offered. I would not recommend booking with this company.

Dubai Tours made easy, simple, and memorable with Rayna Tours
This was a large group of family and friends. Rayna Tours made everything look easy and simple to handle such a big group of travellers. Especially Sarah Ahmedji and Manager Nikhil were super helpful with their attention to detail. We managed to do a lot in a short time. From the New Year Eve fireworks, to the City Tours and Desert Safari. Cant wait to visit again.

Fun sis trip
I had a great experience on the tour. It was for seven days. The total fee for it was about 4000 dirhams. The tour guide for the Dubai city tour did an amazing job at explaining. The crowd size was a small, thankfully, allowing us to have a more personalized experience. The entire process was easy and we were well taken care of.

Good value
Going on a group tour for the first time in years confimed why I prefer private tours that permit you to set your own schedule. This tour operator did his best to keep a tight schedule and provided sufficient time at the stops and also gave good information and tips of what to explore on your own. The cruise was interesting with its impressive skyline and the light display. The desert Safari, definitely not to be repeated for this 80 year old with physical issues. Overall good value for the expense.

Poor Service & Extremely Disappointing Experience — Would Not Recommend
I booked several activities with Rayna Tours for my Dubai trip, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. My booking advisor was Yash Vijay. While the team was responsive and available, there were no intelligent inputs provided on the itinerary. They do not really know how to create a well-planned itinerary, and although support was present, there was no real expertise or guidance. You are left to figure out the entire schedule on your own, which defeats the purpose of choosing a tour operator. The Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari were especially disappointing, and I would strongly suggest not booking these experiences through Rayna Tours. The food was extremely poor — far below basic expectations. Regarding the vehicles: most cars were clean, but some were not up to standard, which made the experience inconsistent and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a good experience. The service quality was sub-par, the activities were below acceptable quality, and the itinerary support lacked the intelligence and guidance you expect from a professional tour company. There are many reliable operators in Dubai, and I would recommend choosing someone else for a smoother and more enjoyable trip.

Excellent experience
