Very enjoyable cruise. Definitely worth taking. We got a fantastic view of the famous Shanghai skyline and the light show. Our guide Michael was extremely helpful, efficient, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to cater for two senior members of our group.
It was magnificent and Lucy is really great, she has a lot of knowledge about the city's history and is very kind.
Excellent experience! Maisie was very attentive and, together with the driver, made the dining, cruise and SH Towers events very enjoyable. Shanghai at night is a must for visitors. We highly recommend this tour.
An Outstanding Tour in Shanghai – Michael Made All the Difference This tour was absolutely fantastic. Shanghai is an incredible city, and the experience exceeded our expectations. A special highlight was the VIP area on the river cruise. It really makes a difference: you have a privileged view of Shanghai’s spectacular skyline while enjoying the cruise in a completely peaceful, quiet and comfortable environment, away from the crowds. It was definitely worth it and made the boat trip even more special. But what truly made this tour exceptional was Michael, our guide. We have been travelling around China for 16 days and have had at least seven different guides during our trip, some of whom spent entire days with us. We only spent two or three hours with Michael, and yet I can say without any hesitation that he was the best guide we had during our entire 16-day trip in China. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely engaging. In such a short amount of time, he managed to make our experience in Shanghai truly memorable. A fantastic tour, an excellent VIP cruise experience and, above all, an outstanding guide. Congratulations to Michael — he truly made all the difference. Highly recommended!
Maisie was a very knowledgeable and thoughtful guide for a wonderful evening! The VIP area on the boat was not crowded so a great option.
Michael was awesome friendly spoke English beautifully and explained everything we saw. He was wonderful and the tour was fun and enjoyable.
Thank you so much to our brilliant guide Lucy. We have to say the tour exceeded our expectations. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything as everything was so well organised. Lucy’s friendly manner and great knowledge made this trip memorable and we would definitely highly recommend the tour and Lucy as a guide. A superb evening. Definitely 5 stars.
Loved the guide, Maisie, subtle, fun, knowledgeable, wish I be there again next year. high quality experience with Sunny.
Sunny Tours and Lucy guide 110%. Excellent communication and personal service. This was a stunning tour of Shanghai highlights with our private guide Lucy. Excellent communication for the booking, ensuring pick up point and itinerary were clear. A luxury car and driver provided, with Lucy providing personal tour direction and commentary. The itinerary was perfect - drive to tower, ride up to the observation deck via VIP service. Great dinner at special local restaurant. A VIP river scenic cruise with select seats and VIP access. Lucy is friendly, engaged and informative.
What a great way to spend our last night in Shanghai. Roy was very personable and knowledgeable. He had great suggestions for food, including those delicious soup dumplings. In between food and sights , he gave us some insight into Shanghai and history of the city. Would highly recommend and ask for Roy, you won't regret it.
