Was exactly as expected. Nice car, safe driving. Michael was an enthusiastic and engaging guide. Outstanding English. Eager to be sure we got some good photos.

This was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend it enough. From pick up to drop off it could not be faulted. One of our party is mobility impaired and they were accommodated for without fuss. What really made the night special was the excellence of our guide Michael, if I could give more than 5 stars for him alone if I would.

What a fabulous evening we had in Shanghai with Michael. We chose the VIP Huangpu River cruise - worth every yuan. We even had a private limo with massage chairs. The dinner and ride to the top of the Shanghai Tower were highlights of our life. Michael was so knowledgeable with outstanding English. He did everything to make our tour perfect in every way, even explaining about our food and Chinese table manners and customs. Michael was absolutely superlative in every way. We cannot thank and recommend him enough.

Very nice trip. guide (Robert) was very Good English speaking and seems very knowledgeable. Delicious food and Amazing view from the boat. Nice with the vip seats. Not so crowded than the rest of the ship. Nice car ride as well. Thanks for a nice evening.

Massy was punctual knowledgeable and friendly. We are hoping to come back again for a longer stay and will ask to book her for other tours.

The cruise to see the night skyline of Shanghai was great. Tour guide Roy provided commentary along the way. Was in the VIP area with a clear uncrowded view. Shanghai Tower was fantastic. Recommend doing it at night - no lines and the lights are amazing. Don't be put off by rain, the view was still excellent. To my delight, the transport vehicle had massage seats.

This tour was great, excellent photography; cruising with sweeping views of the Bund and Pudong. The views from Shanghai tower at night was amazing. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing guide named Michael. We were picked up on time and were taken to the boat where we had a seat in the VIP section. Well worth the money. Michael was very informative, polite and knowledgeable. He filled us in on the history of Shanghai while explaining the many buildings we could see. After that we were taken to the tower and once again Michael was an excellent guide explaining the quirky names of buildings. It was rather a misty night so the view wasn’t the best but he made it interesting with his stories. We were then taken to a local restaurant where he explained the food and culture of the Chinese. The food was excellent. He carefully chose dishes for us considering I’m vegetarian. The entire evening was amazing. From hotel pickup to drop off we could not fault anything. Our driver was safe, our guide was wonderful so it made the experience magical. I would definitely recommend this tour specially if you are lucky enough to get Michael as your guide

Lucy guided us through the river cruise and offered very interesting insights into the tour. She explained how much the city has grown in the last 35 years showing pictures of before and after. Then taking us up the tower and making the whole transition very smooth. Excellent host and would highly recommend.

Cassie Chen, our tour guide, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, personal, friendly and very accommodating. She not only showed as the amazing city of Shanghai, but also gave us a lot of information about China, its history of past and present. She is a very intelligent and well rounded person, who is also very interested in her clients needs and interests and willing to adjust. She was amazing in explaining the breathtaking view at night in detail.
