This tour was wonderful from start to finish. The authentic Chinese cuisine was some of the best I've ever had and Shanghai is absolutely gorgeous at night by boat. The true crowning jewel the whole tour was ending at the rooftop bar that overlooked the entire bund area and Pudong skyscrapers. It must be the best view in the city. Roy was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable and I learned so much. Charles, the driver was amazing and took us all around. The door-to-door service was exceptional. I'm trying to navigate a new city with a language barrier. I also want to mention how wonderful sunny was with communication prior to the tour. I have lots of questions. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to feel like a VIP the whole night, especially if you only have a short time to see Shanghai, are traveling solo, or if you want the insiders view of the area.

This was a fun trip, but very different from what we were expecting. The dinner cruise turned out to be two separate events miles apart. We had a good meal and then dashed to join hundreds of our new friends buying boat tickets! Then struggled to get onto the boat. None of this was planned in advance so there was a bit of stress with the timeline and getting to places. But our guide Cassie was great. Very friendly and helpful. Good English skills too. And the lights on the river were wonderful! So in all it was good experience, just a bit different from what we expected.

We had a lovely time, Robert did his best to accommodate our needs, also took some great photos of my family and I with the pearl tower. Food was amazing, best we've eaten since being in Shanghai. Price wise, it felt worth it personally. They picked us up and dropped us, plus we got food and did the cruise I think it was worth it. City is very busy, and everyone is on the go, place is so lively. Cruise length feels short, but for my family we have 2 kids so it was good for us. The scenery is beautiful and absolutely worth it.

We had good time but felt abit rush… The car is very modern and nice, driver is very nice and friendly. Dinner felt like a normal one notthing special … Cruise is cruise notthing you can change. The rooftop bar has nice view… The tourguid is very nice.. I had no complaints about the driver and tourguid but Honestly, For almost $400 is not worth it.. I can totally had a very nice dinner at the one of the best restaurants and take the separate normal cruise.

Highly recommend this experience. We had a great time with Shirley, fantastic food and the boat trip was super interesting. We managed to miss the pick up point due to bus issue but were picked up at alternative point and Shirley worked hard to rearrange the rest of the trip. Thanks so much!

Night cruise on the river was amazing and guide has a lot of knowledge. She was very caring and took us to nice places.

Amazing experience in Shanghai city. We were in all the points they offered in the booked trip. Cassie told us about China's history and she was super friendly and helpful with us. We are going to do it again if we back one day to Shanghai, thank you!! It was my favorite experience in my trip to China
