We had a great ride with Ali. He picked us up on time from our hotel in the city center and got us safely to the airport. He is a kind man who makes sure his passnegers are comfortable. He has drinks and snacks included, and has netflix to watch during the trip. Ali is very friendly!! The car was very clean and he drove very safe. Perfect trip! Would book him again!!

I recently used Cool Travel Istanbul for my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Istanbul, and the experience was smooth and reliable from start to finish. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated given the busy and sometimes hectic nature of Istanbul’s traffic. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely, helping me feel at ease right away. The transfer was efficient, and the driver seemed familiar with the best routes, avoiding unnecessary delays. On my return trip to the airport, the service was just as punctual. The driver arrived right on time, assisted with luggage, and ensured I reached the airport with plenty of time to spare. Communication with the company through WhatsApp was also straightforward. Booking was easy, and they provided clear confirmation and instructions ahead of time, which reduced any travel stress. Overall, Cool Travel Istanbul offers a dependable and comfortable airport transfer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to get between the airport and their hotel in Istanbul.

Driver got us to hotel in a safe and timely manner, I was following along on Google maps and he took a different route in our favor so we got there several minutes ahead of what Google maps said. Meeting point in the airport was clearly marked but was chaotic as we were not on the intermediary’s list and he pretty much dismissed us off to another company. Another guy suggested we get on the WiFi and then we were able to get in contact with manager via WhatsApp. Know that you wait outside of door 14 until your driver arrives downstairs, then one of the numerous intermediaries guides you to meet him. Overall, would recommend just ensure your roaming data and or WiFi are connected to have WhatsApp work.

We’ve since: * Synced our guest manifest across all meet-and-greet partners to prevent “not on the list” mix-ups. * Updated our **pre-arrival message** with clearer step-by-step instructions for the **Door 14** pickup flow. * Added backup communication options—**Viator Messages** (preferred) and the hotline on your voucher—so WhatsApp is convenient but **not required**. For future travelers: after exiting arrivals, wait by **Door 14**; our coordinator will guide you downstairs to meet your driver. If you don’t see us within a few minutes, just ping us via Viator and we’ll respond immediately. Thanks again for recommending us despite the hiccup.
