Bad directions to the activity. It took several phone calls before we just figured something else out. But the actual activity was lovely.
The booking process was straight forward. But the communication with the gondola company was lacking. Got there and they had no idea about the booking even after I showed them the voucher. Everything got sorted out because i had my documentation. Not sure who was to blame on this. But there was a lot of confusion. Plenty other tours offering this experience, not to mention the ones selling it to you in Venice. It was nice having a dedicated time slot. But next time I will take my chances and go another route.

I am sorry about the confusion you might have experienced at the moment of embarking on the gondola, o guess the gondoliers have a lot of people to embark in high season and there might has been a misunderstanding but I am happy to know that the voucher you had and that we provided solved the issue and you had a pleasant ride !
Easy to find and very accommodating. We arrogantly and they didn’t make us wait. The ride through side canals was very interesting.
