Was a good day, although transportation was quite late and although we saw the dolphins the boat did not stop so we could swim with them which was very disappointing.

As our tours include hotel pick-ups from different areas, unexpected traffic, hotel security procedures, or guests requiring a little extra time can occasionally affect the schedule. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and appreciate your patience. We completely understand your disappointment about not being able to swim with the dolphins after seeing them. However, these are wild dolphins living in their natural habitat, so every encounter is unpredictable. Unlike dolphins in marine parks, they cannot be approached or controlled. The captain's first responsibility is the safety of our guests and the protection of marine wildlife. If the dolphins are moving quickly, diving frequently, surrounded by other boats, or if sea conditions are not suitable, the captain may decide not to stop. This decision is made to avoid stressing the animals, prevent accidents with swimmers, and comply with responsible marine tourism guidelines. It is also worth mentioning that stopping suddenly or allowing guests to enter the water near moving dolphins can be dangerous because of boat traffic, changing currents, and the dolphins' unpredictable movements. For these reasons, experienced captains make the final decision based on the conditions at that moment. While many of our tours are fortunate enough to enjoy unforgettable dolphin swims, we can never guarantee this experience because nature is beyond anyone's control. We always prefer to be honest about this rather than make promises that cannot always be fulfilled. We truly appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback.
