Negative trip due to organization, 50 minutes late for pickup. We booked this excursion because it said it was in Italian, but no crew member speaks Italian; paid in vain. They apologized because they had problems first with the driver, then problems with the guide; if you have all these problems, change jobs. As for the boat trip, it was pleasant, nice crew.

Ci scusiamo in particolare per il ritardo nel trasferimento e per l’assenza della guida in lingua italiana. Purtroppo, quel giorno abbiamo avuto un problema imprevisto con l’autista e successivamente la guida italiana prevista non ha potuto partecipare. Comprendiamo perfettamente che, avendo scelto l’esperienza anche per la disponibilità della lingua italiana, questo abbia causato delusione e disagio.
Avremmo dovuto gestire e comunicare meglio questi imprevisti, e il vostro feedback ci aiuterà a migliorare l’organizzazione del servizio.
Siamo comunque felici di sapere che la gita in barca vi sia piaciuta e che abbiate trovato l’equipaggio simpatico e professionale.

Negative experience with the organization of the Golden map tour, the transfer showed up 40 minutes late, this is the message sent: The car will arrive exactly at 8:50 in front of your hotel and we will contact you as soon as it has arrived.
In the meantime, you can relax and enjoy your coffee in the hotel lobby in peace I WOKE UP AT 7 IN THE MORNING AND THEY TELL ME TO RELAX. We took this excursion because it was in ITALIAN, on the boat no one spoke Italian, to my complaint to Golden I was told that they had problems with the DRIVER, then they told me they had problems with the Italian GUIDE, it is an unreliable agency if they have all THESE problems. As for the trip and the crew, they were very professional and willing to put us at our own

Gentile cliente, ci dispiace sinceramente per quanto accaduto. Comprendiamo perfettamente il suo disappunto: si è alzato presto e ha dovuto attendere circa 40 minuti. Anche il nostro messaggio che la invitava a “rilassarsi e godersi il caffè” non era appropriato in quel momento e ce ne scusiamo.
Ci assumiamo la responsabilità sia per il ritardo del trasferimento sia per l’assenza della guida italiana promessa. Abbiamo effettivamente affrontato due imprevisti separati, prima con l’autista e poi con la guida, ma sappiamo che questo non deve diventare un disagio per il cliente.
La ringraziamo per aver comunque riconosciuto la professionalità e la disponibilità dell’equipaggio e la qualità dell’escursione. Il suo commento ci aiuterà a migliorare il coordinamento dei trasferimenti e a garantire che la lingua prenotata sia effettivamente disponibile.
Le porgiamo ancora le nostre più sincere scuse.
