Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her English was a bit hard to understand, but we managed. The issue I had was the golf cart ride itself. We are older (65+) adults. Not great having to ride on the back seat of the golf cart, which faces backward. Maybe younger people would enjoy that view. We did not. I wouldn't expect to ride in a tour bus facing backwards. I didn't expect to have to ride in a golf cart that way either. There is room for 6 people facing forward on these carts. To me, that is all they should be selling. The reps at the Crown Tours local office near the Colosseum told us that those rear-facing seats are very popular - we must be mistaken. But every other tour cart we saw that day had no riders in the back seat, and none of the 12 other people in our group hopped in back ahead of us. They were the last seats left. Crown Tours Inc. had no response when I sent them this same feedback.

Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience in such detail, and for your kind words about your guide, as well as your note about her English. We understand that travelling in a rear-facing seat was not what you expected, and that it took away from your enjoyment of the tour. We are also sorry to read that you did not feel your concerns were heard, either at the office or after you wrote to us. At Crown Tours, we want you to feel at ease from start to finish, and your comments are important to us. We would be grateful if you could send your booking reference and a short summary to feedback@crowntours.com, so that we can look into this properly.
Yours sincerely,
Sky

A fun couple of hours
Great way to get out & about to see some of Rome's highlights & a brief on each monument.
The 'surprise' at the last stop was a nice touch. Drivers & guide were a great team.

Golf cart tour
My husband and I did the 2.5 hour tour, much more to see than I expected. The guide was informative and kind. The drivers were helpful. There was enough time to get pictures. The Crown staff team were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Golf buggy tour. Rome
We booked the golf cart trip to avoid crowds and immerse ourselves into the bustling energy Romes brings. Our driver Philip and guide Massimo were excellent. Both of them ensured we were comfortable at all times and were very attentive. We loved the buzz of whizzing down narrow cobbled streets then sitting in amongst traffic which seemed chaotic but somehow works!!
Saw many of the iconic sights and Mass was enthusiastic about all the facts and “fun facts” he was sharing. We equally enjoyed being able to have a few little walks in between to get some good pictures.
Loved the little gesture of Limoncello and Meloncello near the end of tour too, thanks Philip and Massimo, if we are ever back in Rome we shall book you again!!

"Whizzing down cobbled lanes, then sitting in Roman traffic that looks chaotic but somehow works: you've described Rome perfectly, Kirsty! Philip and Massimo will love reading this, especially the part about the Limoncello and Meloncello. We care about the little things, and that small gesture near the end is one of them. Thank you for sharing it all in such lovely detail.

Exquisite Evening Tour with Isabelle & Azman
We opted for an evening golf cart tour to see the city lit up, and we were thrilled! Our driver Azman and our guide Isabelle were phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgable, and took great care of us. Lots of relaxed stops along the journey, where Isabelle would impart her knowledge (with high quality radio headsets to hear her at all times), and Azman was brilliant at welcoming us at each pick up point. Almost felt like friends by the end of the tour. Highly recommend!

Jess, seeing Rome lit up from a golf cart sounds magical, but it’s the warmth between people that really stands out in your review. Isabelle’s relaxed storytelling, the clear headsets, and Azman’s welcome at each stop all helped the evening flow naturally. We love that the tour ended with everyone feeling almost like friends.

Enjoyable Rome Highlight Tour
Knowledgeable and energetic guide and the drivers were fun. After a long day of sightseeing it was nice to tour with a golf cart. Fun to find out what it was like to be part of the traffic. We would recommend the tour.

Definitely one of the top highlights of our trip!
Isabelle and Azman were exceptional. By the end of the evening, Isabelle felt like family, walking us through the romantic streets of old Rome, and Azman was always at the end of each stroll with a smile to pick us up. The tour was definitely one of the top highlights of our trip.

"Douglas, this sounds like a genuinely special evening. Isabelle making you feel like family as you walked through old Rome, with Azman waiting at each pickup with a smile, is the kind of human connection that stays with you long after the tour. We're honored it became one of the top highlights of your trip.

Great Experience!
We enjoyed getting to ride and get out and up close to the monuments. We saw the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and S. Maria Basilica. We had an excellent tour guide and the head phone worked really well.
事業者からの返答
Victor, getting close to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Santa Maria Basilica made for quite a route through Rome. The guide and reliable headsets helped every stop feel clear and connected. Thoughtful details like that leave more room to enjoy the city itself.
