We met the guide at the meeting point which was very easy to find. The colosseum tour was amazing! Our guide was incredible knowledgeable and the experience was both informative and immersive. We had the chance to visit a lot of areas. The tour was well-organized and the guide made history come alive. Very recommended!

Great information about the Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Colosseum. I would have liked to hear more about the historical phases and drawing the Forum and Palatine Hill ruins into the arc of history. The Colosseum tour was great, but a little rushed through the history and archeological displays.

Totally overpriced for what it was. Our tour guide at the forum seemed unenthusiastic and disinterested and we didn’t get any time to actually stop and look at anything or get off the main path. Colosseum tour guide was better and we ended there so we could wander a bit. At least we got to skip the lines. But for the differential between this tour and the entrance fees I was expecting higher quality tours. I wish I could get a partial refund.

The guide was excellent in describing the many things at Pompei and the site itself was spectacular particularly the arena and the many well preserved shops, homes and community spaces. The lunch and winery tour were quite nice. We preferred this tour above anything we did in Rome.

What can I say? This tour couldn’t have been better, even if Russell Crowe had joined us as a special guest. Despite being the height of the busy season, the staff was incredibly patient, professional and polite (the three Ps). The tour guide, both highly knowledgeable and possessing a dry wit, brought vivid color to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. It’s hard to cut through the modern crowds and infrastructure to reveal the picture of an ancient city, but our tour guide did just that. And of course, we had the privilege of avoiding the interminable line. Great experience. Highly recommended to anyone, whether students of history or not.

We walked all over to find the tour in the heat the address to meet was not where the tour started! Finally found it. So dissapointing would have done better on our own! Would like a refund.

We were not able to connect with our tour guide. First call to tour operator said tour time had changed. We waited over an hour and never did find the tour guide. The office said guide was present but no one matched their description. When calling operator back they changed the description of who our tour guide was….long story short …tour guide never did connect with us. It was a very disappointing and frustrating day. And we never did get to see the inside of the colesseum. I would be very cautious to use this tour operator.

My friend and I booked this, the staff was very kind, organized and on point with everything. Our tour guide was amazing very knowledgeable and amusing. The pace of the tour was excellent. The meeting point was very convenient and one of the best. I fully recommend this because this is something you don't want to miss, kind staff and interesting tours, definitely won't be disappointed!
