smooth transition from airport to our bnb. gorgeous views along the way, includes the car transport to the boat
Great way to get to Venice! Our driver was there on time and communicated perfectly. Our experience getting from the airport to our hotel was seamless. Quick car trip followed by a water taxi and a short walk and we were there! Highly recommend.
They never showed up!! We called to operator at 9:30 when we were scheduled to be picked up, he said 5 minutes, we waited, after 15 min we called again with no answer, after 30 min we called and he said he would call us back, after 45 min we booked different transportation, it cost the same, it was a huge mistake going with this booking, we are now working to get a full refund, currently waiting I use Viator a lot across multiple country's for several years and this is the first time I have had someone no show!

We wanted to take the water taxi directly from Venice airport to our hotel. Had booked this au h so. Arrived at the airport then came a call from an MA, which we should drive with a vehicle with other guests, which we had not booked. outrageous conduct of the MA, no support option by phone from Viator. Therefore, I warn against unilateral change by Viator retrospectively I now have the second time negative experiences that are made or offered something else on site than what was booked. Never again.
The water taxi can’t come to many hotels so you’re forced to walk, with your luggage, from canal drop to your hotel. I was told by Viator that they would take us to our hotel
Ready and available even though we landed early they were able to dispatch a driver. Lovely and helpful lady. Great Mercedes van. She brought us to the dock to transition o to a speed boat to get us to our destination. Pricey but don’t attempt to walk it … over a dozen bridges and millions of cobblestones. Highly recommend this transportation from train or plane!
Our driver was waiting at the arrivals terminal for us. A short walk and we were at the luxury van. When we arrived at Piazza Michelangelo she took us directly to our private water taxi who in turn dropped us at our hotel dock. Very good experience. If you can afford it, do it.
