The Transfer we hired was quite disappointing. We paid a lot to have the experience of arriving at our hotel by boat. And the driver of our transfer said that we would simply only have the land part... when we reached the limit of the car we would go on foot because "it was too close, you could walk". Disappointing and Unacceptable.
Dependable and Friendly Service! Our Flight was 2 hours late and they were there when we arrived. Call me on the phone to make sure everything was OK.
The drivers were nice and on time. However when water taxi driver after loaded up our luggage, not really take us to the hotel location. We asked him where was the hotel, he just said just straight ahead. Unfortunately the numbers in Venice are all confusing. We searched for an hour even enquired the local ppl, most of them do not know that address. Finally had one store owner able to look for the Google map and gave us the landmark of that location.

Great way to get to Venice! Our driver was there on time and communicated perfectly. Our experience getting from the airport to our hotel was seamless. Quick car trip followed by a water taxi and a short walk and we were there! Highly recommend.
They never showed up!! We called to operator at 9:30 when we were scheduled to be picked up, he said 5 minutes, we waited, after 15 min we called again with no answer, after 30 min we called and he said he would call us back, after 45 min we booked different transportation, it cost the same, it was a huge mistake going with this booking, we are now working to get a full refund, currently waiting I use Viator a lot across multiple country's for several years and this is the first time I have had someone no show!

We wanted to take the water taxi directly from Venice airport to our hotel. Had booked this au h so. Arrived at the airport then came a call from an MA, which we should drive with a vehicle with other guests, which we had not booked. outrageous conduct of the MA, no support option by phone from Viator. Therefore, I warn against unilateral change by Viator retrospectively I now have the second time negative experiences that are made or offered something else on site than what was booked. Never again.
The water taxi can’t come to many hotels so you’re forced to walk, with your luggage, from canal drop to your hotel. I was told by Viator that they would take us to our hotel
