The reservation did not work as the office refused to give us a taxi until our hotel contrary to what was indicated on the ticket. We will have to ask for a reimbursement

Did not work
Not able to get tickets. Could not find open office at aitport. We had to pay again. Would like to be reimbursed.

Hard to find desk 71. However, if you keep walking toward water taxi area you’ll bump into it Nice way to start in Venice

Amazing trip, helpful staff, very accommodating Lovely boat. Signage could be better at airport. Loved Venice, stunning architecture.

Good experience and entry into Venice.
Good way to arrive in Venice. Worth the cost to save on ques for the other transport option where it can be a free for all with people pushing in and often left standing for the journey.

Pick a different company
Be prepared to wait over 2 hours for a boat. It was completely uncoordinated, could not recommend this any less.

Polite Driver and Easy Transport from Airport
On arrival, we made our way to the water transportation meeting point. We didn't see any signage with our names or the provider, so I stopped and asked one of the men standing at the docks, and he promptly called over our driver. From there, it was easy. Our driver was kind, helped with our luggage, and made the experience super easy taking us to the dock directly in front of our hotel. Grazie.

Nope
We waited on the dock for over an hour with a group while we watched several other boats leave. No communication as to why. Crammed us all in with our luggage and made for a hot uncomfortable ride. Could have gotten the public taxi over and Will next time

Good Service
This was a great way to start our vacation by traveling on the water to Venice. It was a little hard to find the desk where to check in and we had to wait about 30 minutes before they got us to take us to the boat.
