This activity is not worth it. The guide took us to the most boring part of the Vatican Museums. We spent more time in lines than learning about anything.
Well organized tour. The tour guide was informative and kind, took special care of group member that walked either a cane. Really enjoyed the tour. , A lot of walking, wear comfortable shoes!
Decent opportunity to see everything. It was a bit rushed and we spent a fair amount of time in lines. Guide was pleasant and knowledgeable
Horrible tour experience. Tour operator never informed me that he cancelled the experience. I travelled specifically to visit The Vatican and We couldn’t go. Very poor guest experience from Vatican Hill Tours. 7 minutes prior to my tour they call me to cancel. Never again.
Our tour guide was very engaging and hilarious. He was personal with everyone in the group and knew tons about every part of our tour. He kept tabs on everyone at all times. He was not afraid to push past or weasel his way around other tours/guides to get to the best viewpoints for us. He even directed us on good places to see even after he released us into St. Peter’s Basilica on our own. All of these places were incredible and I wouldn’t pass on any of them. Would definitely recommend!
Francisco was very informative and navigated us through each part of the tour quickly, yet stopped to point out important things and shared information. He was friendly and very accommodating.
Busy but our guide was very good at getting us through in a timely manner. Great descriptions of the paintings, I would recommend this tour.
Showed up at the meeting place early and was rudely turned away. When I came back, they were swamped with people checking in for my tour and booking other tours. Our guide Alex seemed tired and was annoyed at several times during the tour. He was knowledgeable on dates, names, and had interesting facts about the art but had a few critical comments about the Catholic Church and its teachings. The tour felt rushed. Will make it a point to go back on my own to actually enjoy the Vatican.

Great guide and experience. Super knowledgeable! Thinking about taking a tour or seeing it on your own? Get a guide? First off, skipping the lines, learning so many key details about the sites which could have easily been overlooked.
