Rolando did a terrific job for us. He picked us up right at our ship, had a well planned out itinerary but was very flexible to work around our midday Vatican reservations. He was knowledgeable and informative and worked hard to make sure we had a great day in Rome. We highly recommend him and will happily work with him again!

If you want to see the main sights of Rome in one day without stress and without having to walk for miles in the crowds - this is the way to go . You will be dropped off within 50-100 yards of each attraction and be picked up in the same location when you are ready . Trying to navigate the same itinerary independently would take days or at the least a marathon of walking . Recommended .

The driver was very particular about his vehicle. He told us we couldn't eat in his van and he made us drop off our luggage at the hotel we were going to be staying in because he said he didn't expect us to have luggage, even though he picked us up from the cruise ship. That took an hour of our tour time away, but he did adjust our rate and refunded us some of our money. Overall, everything turned out ok.

We had a great tour with Reynaldo. He was an excellent driver and knew the city well. He gave suggestions about where to go and was mindful of our varying abilities. What a nice difference from the packed tours we’ve been on.

Rolando was amazing! He has very obviously been doing this for years and loves it! He knew all the shortcuts and was so helpful getting us to all the places we wanted to go and see around Rome including a locals favorite pizza place and a coffee shop! Took us places we didn’t even know we wanted to see and pointed out many additional sights as we drove by them. He let us control our time so we never felt rushed at all and got in plenty of shopping as well! He speaks perfect English and is funny too! We all highly recommend Rolando as your guide around Rome!

Excellent day in Rome, thanks to Rolando our tour guide & driver. Great communication before trip. Confirmed any mobility issues, itinerary priorities, pickup location, did we have passes to Colosseum & St Peter’s, starting time 8 or 9am. He was right on time at our RC Legend of the Seas Ship in Civeticitco. Rolando very familiar with roads in Rome. If 1st time follow his efficient itinerary to see the most in 1 day. If there is something you want to see more of & less of he will adjust if you discuss during drive to Rome. Rome is a busy city. Don’t expect a miracle & last minute change due to traffic & back to ship time. He will drop you off, give you enough time to take pics & eat lunch or souvenir shop. we used WhatsUp App to communicate for best pickup time. Get your passes before trip to Colosseum & Vatican. Long lines if no pass. Again highly recommend Rolando. Very clean Van too he takes pride in maintaining.

An excellent and professional driver, Rolando did a great job of showing us the sites and helping us check all the boxes for our first visit to Rome. It was very hot, so his large, air conditioned Mercedes was the only way we would have been able to see everything we saw. (Why would anyone do a golf cart tour??) Rolando gave us plenty of history and information as a tour guide, as well as lots of other insight on life in Italy and many topics. A pleasure to spend the day with him while he navigated a route we never could have ourselves. Grazie!

Rolando is wonderful and highly knowledgeable about all things pertaining to Rome! He made exploring this beautiful city, a true pleasure and gave us insights that wewould not have had! Rolando is an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide of Rome. It is a comfortable ride and he thinks of you. He had water waiting for us which was so nice on such a hot day. He let us know what tickets and what times to book tours. We would definitely book him again when in Rome!

This is perfect if travelling with someone with mobility issues and wish to see all that Rome has to offer. Our driver Rolando was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He was willing to do whatever we wanted to see but was able to map it out for us that allowed for time saving and a seamless trip.
