Great, fun day out with a lovely crowd. Roberta our guide was very knowledgeable and she made The tour fun. 10/10 for her.

Our tour guide Ilaria was amazing! So knowledgeable about the area and the food spots were delicious! Great mix of history and food. If you've already been to Rome or don't want to travel that far from the cruise port, this is an amazing option. Well worth the price.

A lovely walk around the city, stops for coffee and cake, the food market, a local Pizza shop, The Cathedral and finally wine and lunch in a beautiful restaurant. We are very full!

This was such good value for money. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history of the town and good company. We had 3 food stops, the last was like having a picnic basket! I will say no more, it will be as much a surprise to you as it was to us then. Don't miss out. Would definitely recommend this.

Roberta was a great guide. She was very knowledgeable as she provided us the history of Civitavecchia. The food stops were tremendous, more food than you could possibly eat. I won’t spoil it for others but the last stop was spectacular.

Ugh! Food Tour? We did not receive our first bite (coffee and 3 small slices of cakes) until 1 hour and 50 minutes into the 3 hour tour. Up until that time it was a history tour that amounted to walking around and the guide pulling out laminated pictures of what they thought the city looked like back in the day. At 2 hours and fifteen minutes we were stopped to talk about a wall - a wall!!- and still no other food at this point! That is when my husband and I decided to walk away. There is in no way this is a food tour. And history tour by pulling laminated pictures out of a bag is a stretch. Not worth it.

Our guide Roberta was very knowledgeable on the history of the city. The food samples were excellent, more than we could eat. Would highly recommend.

IN 20 yrs of traveling, prob the best tour ever with Roberta also giving us great history of city. Word to the wise. Don't eat before going! Always take water to have as u walk, but the food was more than plentiful for a breakfast and a lunch. No one could finish what we were given. I would highly recommend this tour over any other in the Rome area. If u want to see Rome, spend 2 to 3 days just there and pre buy your tickets thru Viator.

Roberta gave us an exceptional tour of Civitavecchia! Her extensive knowledge of the area and passion for its history were so appreciated. The food was all on point with the final restaurant a perfect 10!

It was an excellent tour and Roberta was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. Only disadvantage was that the meeting place was not clear that it was outside of the Meeting Place. I would highly recommend this tour.
