It was “rebooked” to a different date and time at last minute. The tour operator gave me one time and Viator tickets said another time. Confusing and messed up our schedule as we had to arrive at both times. We wanted the earliest time to avoid the crowds, unfortunately we ended up with an afternoon tour. VERY crowded… On a brighter note our guide was great.
Excellent experience! Our tour guide Angelo was passionate and engaging throughout the tour. This was a very informative and enjoyable day. I would highly recommend it.
Our guide provided too much in depth analysis of a few paintings for the tour and skipped many rooms and pieces of art. We skipped the Medici room all together. We think it would have been better to have more of an overview and less talk about tiny details.

Paulina was a spectacular guide! She was very engaging and informative. She answered all of our questions and gave us the perfect look into history through the artworks we were viewing. She was very sweet and smiled the whole time. We very much enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend her.
Our luggage was left in Amsterdam and did not arrive for two days. We went to the airport to pick it up and was delayed due to customs, which caused us to miss our Uffizi tour appointment time. VIator would not rebook us or refund us. I would gladly change my review if I get rebooked or received a refund!
