Joanne (Jo) did a great job leading our group of 20 on a full day of hiking and sightseeing at Cinque Terre and Pisa. She quickly learned all of our names and continuously approached us on the bus and during events to offer help. She was very knowledgeable. Also, she pointed out pick pockets girls working at the Leaning Tower of Pisa enterance. I highly reocmmend this trip because of the amazing experience and Jo enhancing it.

Our trip included visits to all 5 towns. Our guides were so well organized and communicated very well making our visit stress free. I’m still amazed at how much we got to see and never felt rushed. I really appreciated how the guides communicated options and important points for each location.

Our family absolutely loved this tour!! Our guide, Costanza “Coco” was the best—she was friendly, enthusiastic, organized and very knowledgeable, and made a long day full of trains, busses, boats and walking from point A to B a fun and stress free experience. The Cinque Terre area is so beautiful, this tour was a great way to experience the national park highlights in a short amount of time. Pisa was a highlight too—Costanza helped us figure out how to grab last minute entrances to see the cathedral and climb the tower, which was an unexpected bonus! It is a long day of exploring, and it could be easy to get lost or confused with all the trains and walks but Constanza did a great job of keeping everyone organized, she was clear with instructions on where to go, and full of history and recommendations. Be aware there is a lot of walking, which we didn’t mind at all, but was an issue for a couple other folks that weren’t prepared for a lot of walking. Highly recommended tour, 5 stars for sure!!

We had a great time on our Cinque Terre Tour with Pisa. Gianluca was our guide and he did a fantastic job. We got a little history of each place we visited and we got enough time to explore and do things we wanted to at each place as well. The cost for all of the places you get to see and explore is fantastic as well. Even on a hot day in June the entire group had a positive atmosphere that made it great as well. Crowds were never an issue and we were comfortable making it to each destination. The best part of today had to be views from all the towns.

Amazing tour. Guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about each town. Price was well worth the day and travel between town was easy and organized. Small towns were great for exploring or grabbing bites to eat and relaxing. Many places to shop and wander around the town as well. Tour guide did a great job keeping us all together during travel times and giving us freedom to do our own thing in each town as well. He was was specific about meet up times and places while nothing felt rushed. Towns were busy but not overcrowded and cinque terre was easy to navigate with directions from the tour guide.

I couldn’t think of a better way to experience the best of Cinque Terre. We opted for the Pisa tour as well and we had a great day visiting 3 towns, then taking a boat back and then a train the Pisa. Jean Luc made sure they we were cared for in each and every step and I was so impressed with his ability to calmly manage a group this large with no issues.

Walk About Tours was amazing. Air conditioned comfortable bus back and forth to Florence. JoJo and Claudia were fabulous guides and made sure everyone was accounted for. This is typically a large group so it’s a lot of work to make sure we are all there. Five small towns where you had 90 mins to explore. Took the boat back to Riomaggiore. It’s a lot of walking and stairs even without the hike so be prepared! Views, food, water was well worth it. Again thanks to our guides and bus driver at Walk About!

Took a day trip while in Florence. If you have the time I would highly recommend it. It was a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. It was a long day but totally worth it. Saw 3 cities and then the leaning tower of Pisa. Great tour. Great guides. Lots of energy and laughs. Also learned a lot too! If you have the time book it!

Odo and Chris were great guides. They shared information on the bus ride there and during the tour. They even joined us on the climb of the steps and the hike from one village to another. The hike between two villages is not for the faint-hearted. Very personable and made sure we were all taken care of. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing and well organized trip to Cinque Terre! I felt I had enough time to explore but manage to see everything in the day. It was very hot at some points to please bring plenty of water and electrolytes, I recommend carrying a backpack with a towel as you can swim in multiple towns as well.
