Great experience! Very well organised and communication was very easy.

Pick up driver was on time and very polite and cordial. Our guide was very animated and engaging . The rafting was fun and the scenery was great. More notice should have been given about the stairs that needed to be navigated. Food was delicious as well.

Our driver Surata was great! Got us from point A to point B with a smile. Our guides on the water were also amazing, they were so sweet and took great photos! The river was an easy float, I would say this could be done by everyone. Now the stairs down on the other hand, there were quite a bit, if you’re not great with stairs I would probably pass ;)

From the pick up to the drop off at the hotel everything went perfect. We got some nice views and a good cool down in the river at the end of our rafting trip. In the middle of the tour we could get something to drink or to eat, was nice. To finish off, we got some good food at the rafting station. After that, our driver picked us up and took us to another location, for free, to enjoy the view there. Before bringing us back to the hotel. All in one, everything was well organised and planned.

Such a fun experience! My boyfriend and I went and had the best time. It is very good value for the price, and all of the guides were very nice and helpful. The river is busy as there are a lot of other companies who do rafting there, however we found that this added to the experience! We got to meet and have fun with the other groups who were doing it. Would really reccomend it! Would reccomend wearing flip flops/sandles! We wore sneakers and definitely regretted it. There is a bit of walk down/up, but it's not difficult and flip flops are fine for it. Also, the photos that they take are really good and it is only $250k for the photo package (a lot cheaper than other experience places).

From the very start, this was an amazing experience! Surata, our driver that picked us up from the hotel made everything so easy, getting there early and helping us with all of our stuff. He was so incredibly kind, pointing out cool things along the way and becoming a friend in the short time we were with him. Once we arrived he guided us through the process and we met our rafting guide, Andhy, who was just as great! Even as beginners, Andhy showed us the way and made us feel so safe as we played in the rapids and took in the incredible jungle around us. He was even kind enough to take a photo for us at the end! The entire team made this a magical experience, I couldn’t help but want to go again it was so fun! A huge thank you to Surata and Andhy!!

Our local driver Aril was very nice and helpful with our transport to and from our atv tour. Would highly recommend using Aril to anyone

The tour operator is very accommodating and allowed us to join another tour since we were unable to make it at the booked time. It’s a bit hard to catch them on the chat but they eventually do. They have decent facility for showering after. The rafting in itself was decent. For those who have rafted earlier, the currents are not at all strong. It’s a very slow paced, 5 year old friendly raft activity. Additionally, it’s made slower by other factors. The tour operator could have segregated the families with children from solo or couples. Not doing so resulted in less people paddling on the raft and being relatively slow in speed, thus resulting in more effort and less thrill.
