We had a wonderful experience on this full-day private tour of Bali, and I would highly recommend it. We spent approximately nine hours visiting several beautiful and very different places, including the Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Ulu Petanu Waterfall, Tirta Empul Temple, and a local coffee plantation. It was a great way to see several sides of Bali in a single day without ever feeling like we had to figure everything out ourselves. What really made the experience special, however, was our guide, Endra. He is a local Balinese guide and was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. He speaks English very well, is extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and has a nice sense of humor. He has a very calm and humble personality and never made us feel rushed. He gave us information about the places we visited, answered our questions, and also shared things about everyday life and culture in Bali. By the end of a nine-hour day, it felt much more like spending the day exploring Bali with a local friend than simply being taken from one tourist attraction to another. We particularly enjoyed the variety of the itinerary. The rice terraces were beautiful, the waterfall was a great experience, and Tirta Empul gave us an opportunity to see an important part of Bali’s religious and cultural traditions. The coffee plantation was also an enjoyable way to finish the sightseeing. There was one change from the advertised itinerary: instead of eating at the Amertha Restaurant listed in the tour description, we were taken to a different restaurant. Endra explained that the tour company had recently stopped using Amertha because of complaints about the service and had switched to another restaurant. We actually appreciated that the company was willing to make a change rather than continue taking guests somewhere that was not meeting their standards. Overall, this was an excellent way to spend a full day in Bali. The scenery and attractions were beautiful, but Endra was what made the day memorable for us. He is a genuinely kind, personable and hardworking young man who clearly takes pride in showing visitors his home and culture. If you book this tour and have the opportunity to request a guide, ask for Endra. We would gladly spend another day touring Bali with him. Five stars and highly recommended.
Kojar was great! We went to so many places in Ubud and he even took me to the swing as an added bonus which was a lovely surprise! My favorite part was the coffee plantation. Could not be happier with the day!

We spent a full day touring Ubud Bali. Our driver Gede was personable and flexible with our schedule and the places we wanted to visit. He talked about the Bali community/culture and is very knowledgeable about the area and its history. We enjoyed the sites and learning about Bali from him. We highly, highly recommend Gede to Bali visitors.

We had an amazing time, Darma our guide was such a funny person to be with. We laughed all day long He’s knowledgeable and told us so many different things from the monkeys to what things mean at the temples etc. We enjoyed our day with him and o tho l he deserves a pay rise. Would highly recommend doing this tour and if you get paired with Darma your in for a fantastic day
The tour was very interesting, with lots of views and activities to take part in. My tour guide, Denar, was very punctual and enthusiastic, and I would highly recommend if you want to easily explore Ubud.
