This was a day long sightseeing trip in a comfortable minibus with just the 7 of us in a private tour. The driver was great, he allowed us to tweak our plans during the day, and we had a brilliant time. We enjoyed the waterfall and the rice terraces and the lunch venue chosen by our guide, Aldi. On our way back to our villa, the traffic was a shocker, but Aldi remained professional and cheerful despite the 3 hour drive back! This is a great way to see some of the wonderful cultural sights in Bali, once we had managed to get the kids out of the pool.

We had a wonderful day touring around Bali and visiting the most spectacular waterfalls with our driver Abdi. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant surrounded by rice fields. The food and service were great, great choice by Abdi. The best thing for us was how flexible everything was. We didn’t have to hurry and we were able to stop wherever we liked. I would highly recommend doing this tour, and I hope you are lucky enough to get Abdi as your driver.
Mr. Made was a great guide and driver, he made our day fantastic. we had a beautiful day, visited many places and enjoy everyplace.
We had booked the all-round carefree package with admission and indicated a pick-up date at 09:00 in Ubud. When the driver announced his arrival at 7:45, some panic broke out completely unnecessary on a private tour and absolutely avoidable. Just 5min after the descent, reasons began why you should not visit the furthest waterfall (rock broken or not worth seeing without sunbeams...). After parallel WWW research, I insisted on going there anyway and not avoiding an alternative. Ultimately, we were forced to end the tour early due to our son’s discomfort and return to Ubud immediately. When it came to the refund of the tickets (the driver always paid cash out of his wallet), strange arguments were then wrung out that the tour had already been received ... Sure, the travel costs, as a gift, but the open entrance fees could have been easily moved back out. All in all, starting with the vehicle itself, through the few insights or explanations by the driver, to maximizing profits through the non-refundable admission fees. We would definitely never book again with this provider. Absolutely wasted money on a day trip through the hinterland of Bali. Without a real guide or appropriate entertainments, a cheap driver and appropriate on-site payment would have done it - don't be afraid, but these tours aren't worth your money!
Made was a brilliant guide. Such a long drive but he was knowledgeable and extremely patient. He also recommended an amazing place for lunch which was the highlight of the trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Our guide Made is very nice and sweet. He has taken us to best places and lunch place was super amazing too. He has best photography skills and helped us with good pictures. We loved his calmness and good communication skills.
Highly recommending this tour to those who are interested! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Suta as our driver during our visit. He went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable, not only taking us to all the places on our itinerary but also recommending and bringing us to additional hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Suta is incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, with excellent English skills. He shared valuable insights about local culture, traditions, and religion, which made our journey even more enriching. His recommendations were spot on, and his enthusiasm for showcasing the beauty of Bali was truly remarkable. We were extremely pleased with his service and would wholeheartedly recommend him as guide to anyone interested in this tour.
Our drive Mangkok was very punctual and catered to us through the day whether it was being our photographer or carrying our bags. A great day was had!!
