Driver waa prompt and knew where the atm and Sim card place were. Very good driver. Even made it through the side streets well.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear your driver was prompt and made your arrival seamless by helping you find an ATM and a SIM card. Navigating those side streets takes real skill, and we're glad you had such a great experience. Safe travels, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
Never showed up. Canceled on me. No explanation. Do not use this service. They should be deleted from Viator as a vendor. They had the availability, but they canceled on me twice. You deserve better. Use another service.
They never showed up. They canceled on me twice. I would never use this organization again and I think they should be taken off of Viator as a vendor. No explanation for a cancellation. To leave it tourist stranded this way is unacceptable.
Poor and rude communication. Messaged me asking me to cancel my booking, rather than cancel it themselves.
The flight was delayed for about an hour, but they waited for us, so I think that was very good. But I was driving 135 kilometers on a road with a speed limit of 80. I was really scared. I was so anxious that I might have an accident.
Driver was on time and vehicle was very clean and very comfortable. Only concern was not being informed of pickup time at hotel until the afternoon before a morning pickup, however, the airport transfer was very smooth.
Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased to hear you found the vehicle clean and comfortable and that your airport transfer went smoothly. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pickup time notification and will work on communicating transfer details earlier to provide an even better experience. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Mongolia!
UBcab can be hard to find a driver on the day, or you can't read how long it takes to get there, so if you're time-sensitive, this is for you. Easy contact with local operators and English support, so you don't have to speak Mongolian to feel safe
Super smooth. The driver was waiting with a name card as we came through immigration. It was nice not to have to search for transportation after a long flight.
Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad your airport transfer was smooth and stress-free. It's great to hear our driver was there to greet you upon arrival, making the journey after your flight as easy as possible.
