Used UB Shuttle for my airport transfers in Mongolia and had a great experience. Drivers arrived on time, helped with my luggage, and the car was clean and comfortable. Had an early 5am airport transfer, and their service staff kept me updated via WhatsApp about a change in car — transport still arrived right on time. Really appreciated the communication and punctuality. Highly reliable service — would definitely use them again!

The good: driver was on time and very efficiently got us from the airport to the hotel. The less good: the driver was taken straight from the GTA video game and was speeding down the 80km/h road at 140km/h, and cutting in front of every car he possibly could. Let's just say we got to the hotel as quickly as was possible, but with sweaty palms.

Had a really smooth pickup experience with driver Baagi from the airport to my hotel. He was waiting for me when I came out from picking up my luggage, and the company and him were excellent at communicating over WhatsApp. I would advise allowing about 45-60mins from when your flight lands for your pickup time as the immigration line can be quite long. I am definitely going to book again for my return trip to the airport as it was such a stress free and relaxing transfer.

I used them both for UBN pickup and dropoff and they were great. My inbound flight was delayed significantly and I contacted them in advance to give them a heads up - they responded immediately and tweaked the pickup accordingly. Both before arrival and departure I received a details WhatsApp message outlining make and model of car, license plate, driver's name, etc so everything was well and clear before I hopped into the vehicle.

They dropped me off at the airport from the city. It was 5 a.m., but he accepted. The advance notice was also polite, so it is highly recommended when using the early morning flight to Japan. Please confirm by message in advance if you are travelling from the city to the airport.

I was able to share my WhatsApp account via text in advance, so I could tell them about flight delays. It was nice to be able to join them very smoothly on the day. The driver was very kind and we were able to communicate in English.
