We just a tour with this company, some plans changed due to weather and the company was SO organised and offered us so many other options and fair treatment, our alternative plan ended up being also amazing and our driver Moojji ( mookki) not sure spelling of name was such a sweetheart ! Its definitly better to book this way if your coming to mongolia as the booking websites sometimes dont show the ger camps to be as they are and the ones this company chose for us exceeded our expectations! I also want to note i booked last minute as well and he organized everything within a vouple hours ! THANK you 😊

We took a 17-day tour with a 4x4 and driver through Northern Mongolia, Central Mongolia, and the Gobi Desert in winter. We were able to create our own route, together with Zaya's advice. It was a wonderful tour, and Zaya (the manager) was always very accessible and helpful. Our car broke down due to the winter weather, so we had to switch cars and drivers, which was well-organized. Both our drivers, Mogi and Namkhai, were reliable off-road drivers.

I decided to go to Mongol Nomadic Camp, 60km west of Ulaanbaatar, because I knew I had to charter a car to get there, but I didn't hear back from Camp. We had them pick us up at 8am, and take us to different places as well as our destination until the last minute (we were a little over it due to traffic, but they responded quickly!). The driver was only in Mongolian, but he used gestures to explain the Mongol Nomadic Camp program. They also took a lot of photos. "Furthermore, when I sent him to night, saying, ""I'm taking a bus from the airport to Ulaanbaatar now,"" he arranged a taxi to my accommodation, saying, ""It's nighttime."" We even had a conversation with a taxi driver who didn't know where to stay. Thanks🥲 It is thanks to the hospitality of this company that my memories of Mongolia are definitely good. It was very helpful to always get back to me quickly! I want to use it again.

I went on a tour of the Gobi area, visiting Yolinam, Hongol Dunes, Bayanzag and Tsagansberga. The driver was very responsive. He was always smiling and caring for us. I was also good at photography and had a lot of photos taken. If you want one improvement, the amount is unclear. I was a little distrustful of the fact that I didn't know the price until I got a quote, for example, the driving service was about 30% higher than the price listed here, and if I paid with my card after being told the total price, I would get 4% more. Still, I think it's cheaper than other tours. The cost incurred will be noted. · Driving service: USD 130 x 3 days · Accommodation/meal cost of staff: USD 60 x 3 days ・Fuel: USD 410 Total USD980 On top of this, you will be charged an additional 4% card payment fee. Total cost (including fees): USD1019 It is possible to arrange our own accommodation, but we felt it was expensive, so we booked it ourselves.

We asked for a charter to Terelj National Park. We were able to welcome the guests with peace of mind by exchanging information via WhatsApp from the time of booking. The driver, Basaa, was very witty and kind, and although I didn't understand much language, he was very active in communicating with me using a translation app, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. I was really grateful for their flexibility, allowing me to park my car as soon as I saw a place along the way and visit as much as I wanted. I was amazed by his versatility, not only in driving but also in being a simple guide on site and pulling horses during horse riding experiences. The horseback ride also took us to some of the most scenic spots, and it was the best experience I will never forget. They also treat me to soft ice cream and cold milk along the way, and stop by places I am interested in, and I am full of gratitude for their attention to detail. Basaa made my trip to Mongolia even more special. I am truly grateful.

Amazing service. Although the driver did not speak English he knew where we were going, drove very well and even help us discuss/exchange with local people.

Excellent customer service. Zaya is very helpful organising the trip. We had a last minute request and Zaya replied promptly with no issue. Our Driver Eroolt is very nice and is an excellent driver.

Booking this service was a great way to see Ulaanbaatar with a very flexible schedule. Booking this service was very easy and the customer service was extremely friendly. On the day of our trip, our meeting ended early so we were ready to go. Luckily the driver was already on the way so we started our trip early. We drove to a few places in the area and got back to the hotel in time for our event. The driver was really friendly and recommended a few other places to visit. I definitely recommend this service!

I booked the transport service to Terelj and it all worked as expected, exactly on time, no issues. Excellent service, recommended.

Super kind guide! We flew into UBN and needed a ride. Our guide was waiting there with our names. He took us to the more popular attractions and dropped us off at our Airbnb. We all even had lunch at some place the guide recommended. To be honest, we contemplated renting a car for ourselves but this price and risk wasn't worth it so all we wanted was a ride from the airport. He didn't speak much English but always took photos for us and spoke to our Airbnb host who didn't speak English. So kind of a lifesaver in that regard because I would have never found our Airbnb on my own. Everything was delightful and a first good impression of Mongolia. Thanks!
