正式にはサンタ マリア アスンタ大聖堂として知られるピサのドゥオーモは、イタリアのピサの象徴的なミラコリ広場にある壮大な中世の大聖堂です。独特のロマネスク様式の建築で有名な大聖堂は、見事な大理石のファサード、複雑な彫刻、印象的な青銅の入り口の扉が特徴です。大聖堂の内部には、ジョバンニ ピサーノによる説教壇の彫刻など、印象的な芸術作品が展示されています。ピサのドゥオーモは、ピサの建築と芸術の遺産の証として建っており、世界中から観光客が訪れます。

チステルナ広場は、サン ジミニャーノの中心部にある魅力的な中世の広場です。保存状態の良い中世の塔や歴史的建造物に囲まれたこの広場の名前は、中心にある古代の貯水槽に由来しています。三角形の広場には中世の石が敷き詰められ、時代を超越した雰囲気を漂わせています。保存状態の良い中世の建築物と独特の魅力を持つチステルナ広場は、ユネスコ世界遺産サン ジミニャーノの魅力的な中心地として立っています。

マンジャの塔は、イタリアのシエナの中心部にある印象的な中世の塔です。プッブリコ宮殿に隣接して建つこの象徴的な建造物からは、市街とその周辺のパノラマの景色を眺めることができます。 1348 年に完成したこの塔は高さ 87 メートルに達し、今もシエナの中世遺産の顕著なシンボルとなっています。
大聖堂の入場と内部のガイド付き訪問は、オプションが選択された場合にのみ行われます。正式にはサンタ マリア アスンタ大聖堂として知られる、シエナにある見事な中世の大聖堂です。独特のゴシック建築で有名な大聖堂は、複雑な彫刻で飾られた壮大なファサードを誇っています。内部では、ドナテロやミケランジェロなどの有名な芸術家によるフレスコ画、モザイク、彫像などの素晴らしい芸術作品を鑑賞できます。大聖堂の息を呑むような内部には、印象的な大理石の舗装と壮大なピッコロミニ図書館もあります。
大聖堂への入場オプションが選択された場合のみ - シエナ大聖堂内にあるピッコロミニ図書館は、ピントゥリッキオによる鮮やかなフレスコ画で飾られたルネサンスの宝石です。これらの芸術作品は教皇ピウス 3 世の依頼により彼の生涯の場面が描かれており、シエナ大聖堂内に文化的、芸術的宝物を生み出しています。

The tour started from Pisa, then San Gimignano, where we had the wine tasting (two different Proseccos, two different reds, and olive oil). The food at the wine tasting was good (platter plus tomato penne pasta) and served with a decent portion size. The tour guide Hilary (or Ilaria) guided us very well, at a relaxed pace and without stress. The bus had air conditioning, and all destinations were within a 10-15 minute walk.
