ツァフカゾール ロープウェイは、テゲニス山の斜面にあります。高速チェアリフトで 32 分かかる 2819 m の高さから、アルメニア全土が一目でわかります。晴れた日には、アララト山の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。
セヴァン湖は、アルメニアとコーカサス地域で最大の水域です。ユーラシア最大の淡水高地 (高山) 湖の 1 つです。この湖は海抜 1,900 m (6,234 フィート) の高度にあるゲガルクニク州にあります。流域の総表面積は約 5,000 km2 (1,900 平方マイル) で、アルメニアの領土の 1/6 を占めています。湖自体は 1,242 km2 (480 平方マイル) で、体積は 32.8 km3 (7.9 立方マイル) です。それは28の川と小川によって供給されています。入ってくる水の 10% だけが Hrazdan 川によって排水され、残りの 90% は蒸発します。
Sevanavank は、アルメニアのゲガルクニク州のセヴァン湖の北西岸にある半島にある修道院群で、セヴァンの町からそう遠くありません。当初、修道院は小さな島の南岸に建てられました。ヨシフ・スターリンの時代に始まったセヴァン湖の人工排水の後、水位は約 20 メートル下がり、島は半島に変わりました。この新しく作られた半島の南岸に、アルメニア作家連合のゲストハウスが建てられました。東岸はアルメニア大統領の夏の離宮で占められており、修道院のまだ活発な神学校は半島の北岸に新しく建設された建物に移動しました。教会の 1 つの碑文によると、セヴァナヴァンク修道院は 874 年にアショットの娘であるマリアム王女によって設立されました。
ディリジャン (アルメニア語: ककककककक) は、アルメニアのタヴシュ州にあるスパの町であり、都市の自治体コミュニティです。通常、地元の人々によってアルメニア スイスまたはリトル スイスと呼ばれ、ディリジャン国立公園内に位置するアルメニアで最も重要なリゾートの 1 つです。森林に覆われた人里離れた町には、数多くのアルメニア人アーティスト、作曲家、映画製作者が住み、伝統的なアルメニア建築が特徴です。中心部のシャランベヤン通りは「旧市街」として保存・維持されており、職人の工房、ギャラリー、博物館が完備されています。ハイキング、マウンテン バイク、ピクニックは人気のあるレクリエーション アクティビティです。
ハガルツィンは、アルメニアのタヴシュ州ディリジャンの町の近くにある 13 世紀の修道院です。 10 世紀から 13 世紀にかけて建設されました (タロンのハチャトゥルの下で 12 世紀)。その多くはバグラトゥニ王朝の後援を受けていました。 ハガルツィンの修道院は、ゴシャヴァンクの修道院とともに、アルメニア北東部の重要な森林であるディリジャン国立公園の国定保護地域に基づく自然遺産の一部になる可能性があります。 ハガルツィン修道院は、シャルジャの支配者であるシェイク スルタン ビン ムハンマド アル カシミ殿下からの寄付により、アルメニア基金によって大規模な改修が行われました。

Our first guided tour and the best. I storngly recommend Gira Travels to all visiting Armenia or Georgia. We had done 6 day 5 night tour to Georgia with our wonderful guide Arman. We covered most of Georgia and are more than happy with the trip. As we travelled with a one year old this trip was more than gratifying..thanks to Gira Travels. What I liked about them is they are very understanding and you can provide an itinerary that suits your requiremnt.( Not many travel operators do that) Very accomodative in that regard. They give you enough time to see and enjoy the place. Above all they are quite reasonable. We were also able to do paragliding and it was a subliminal experience. We keenly look forward to visit Armenia with the same Travels.

Had so much fun going to the Tzaghkadzor Ropeway and experiencing snow. Mr. Arman was our guide for the day and he’s really kind and knows a lot about Armenian history and culture. I really learned a lot from him. He was also very supportive in taking photos and he speaks English really well. He even took us to a secret place not listed in the itinerary! I would recommend booking tours in Gira since we got our money’s worth. Can’t wait to go back!
