I heard about this tour company through a friend who had traveled with them before and had a really good experience. He recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try - and I’m honestly very glad I did. We had Aik as our guide and Spartak as our driver, and I’d really like to mention them both. Aik was friendly, engaging, and clearly knew how to make the tour interesting without overwhelming us with information. Spartak was a very calm and careful driver, which made the whole day feel easy and relaxed. The tour was conducted in both Russian and English. Since I speak both languages, I was especially impressed by how well this was handled. Everything Aik said in Russian was repeated in English, and vice versa, without leaving anything out or rushing through one of the languages. Both groups received exactly the same information, which I really appreciated. The itinerary was also very well planned. We never felt rushed or like we were constantly watching the clock. At every stop, we had enough time to listen to the explanations, explore on our own, and take photos. It was a really nice balance between seeing the sights and actually having time to enjoy them. Lunch was delicious too, and was a lovely addition to the day. All in all, we had a wonderful time and came away with some really great memories. A big thank you to Aik and Spartak for making the day so enjoyable and for their warm and friendly attitude.

Out of the 4 I've taken, this was the worst. I couldn't understand the guide's English, never knew when he switched from Russian to English, Russian was always first, very little explanation of itinerary timing, toilets, etc. Even the gata was stale! I think the guide's name was Aik or Hei. Not being familiar with names in the area, I didn't get the spelling of his name or that of the driver's. I skipped the last monastery because I didn't know how far we had to hike up the mountain and by then, everyone had passed me, so I turned around and came back to the bus. Very disappointing day.

We had a great trip to Lake Sevanavank and monastics with tour company Hyur Yerevan.Many thanks to our tour guide Vyome and our driver Khachik for their excellent service and hospitality . We really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend them .

Very good tour. Shoutout to out tourguide Gyanay who was very knowledgeable and friendly with a smile on her face and to out bus driver khachik who got us there and back safely. Plenty of time was given to see the different spots and lunch was amazing

Sam is a very knowledgeable guide. Driver Karen is the best with her mega bus; nothing can stop her now. Lunch at the Van guesthouse in Dilijan. 4 options possible: basic (bread, salad, vegetables, cheese, drink), basic + vegetarian dish (soup and rice with vegetables), basic + meat dish (chicken with potatoes), basic + fish dish (like boiled trout with potatoes). Not bad but definitely a tourist trap

Our Guide edward was so knowledgeable. He was able to impart good things about the monastery and Armenia. Worth the money

Very well organized trip. Our guide Sam was excellent prepared and took good care of the participants. Thank you for organizing lunch on my special request. Very good skilled driver took us safely all the way around. I have to mention very friendly lady at the office as well.

Nice, long tour with interesting places such as Lake Sevan and monasteries. Even lunch was interesting. A note of mention goes to our patient and very knowledgeable guide Sam and our excellent driver Aro for their impeccable service
