It was nice, Tereza told us loads of interesting things about food and wine, we really had a good time ❤️
Teresa loves food and wine and conveys that as well. Even though I expected more city history, there was a lot of explanation and joy in the way she described locations and food. Afterwards, I strolled through the city center of Trieste, tipsy, full, and informed.
Our guide, Carlo, was amazing. It’s always more special to have a local guide, born and raised in the town. Carlo shared his extensive knowledge of the history and cultures of the region and Trieste specifically, always pausing for questions or to allow us to talk amongst ourselves. He was friendly and thoughtfully attended to each person in the group. The food and drinks were varied, ample and delicious. Numerous stops along the tour. Worth every euro!
An excellent introduction to foods of this area. Sveva, our guide, was wonderful - she was born and raised in the area, had a thorough knowledge of the origins of various cuisines, and she put together an array of samplings covering the city. Very enjoyable and well worth doing!

This was a combination history and food tour. The guides were very personable and knowledgeable - passionate about history. We had several food samplings which were delicious and also some wine. Thank you to Sveva for putting together a nice tour for our group!
Wow! What a great experience! Our guide Teresa was outstanding!! The tour was exactly as described with a combination of tastings at various locations and food history. This experience told the story of the culture and how it evolved over time. Teresa was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. The accompanying e-book was also a nice touch! I would give more stars if I could! This was such an enjoyable experience! Our guide Sveva was amazing! She communicated well and was able to accommodate mine and others food allergies at all the stops! She picked amazing locations to try and kept us in the shade. 10000% recommend!

Sveva, our guide was fantastic. She had historical knowledge and answered thoroughly all our questions. The food and history of the places we ate were interesting. Tips about the elevator in the car park made the day in Trieste a great experience
