Tour guide did an excellent job but the value for the money is not there. $600 is insane for a family of 6.

It is difficult to understand a complaint about a price that was fully known and accepted in advance. It's also important to provide the full picture: your tour was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but your group arrived around 5:30 PM. Instead of cancelling the tour due to the 90-minute delay, our guide waited for your family and still delivered the experience. We stand by both the quality of our service and our pricing.
