It does not match at all with the advertisement, many things missing, there is no guide, and nobody explains anything I needed to change the date from 23/7 to 24/7, and it took more than a week to do that, it seemed like nobody understand in viator such a simple thing

Superb day, Rivers are great fun Buffet food was superb The night show was incredible. The park has tonnes to do and see. We ended up paying for extra activities once at the park. Pick ups were no hassle and on time

We were never picked up from our hotel. Refund immediately. Terrible. Rude. Left us mexico alone. 5 ladies left alone in Mexico, paid 1000$ for nothing. Nothing at all.
The evening show was spectacular, beautifully played, wonderful music and great dancing and costumes— not to be missed

Xcaret made my Birthday Amazing 🏝🥳, My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. The food in the international buffet was not that good. But the huge frozen drinks in the stands were everything. There is alot of walking involved and even though I got the Xcaret All inclusive Plus package $225 each. It only includes very few things. Lunch and a show at night but not breakfast and dinner.

Fun full day. The transportation was on time and had a very friendly and informative guide. This tour does NOT include dinner with the show or the upgrades like swimming with dolphins, Sea Trek (highly recommend), ect. It does include access to the lazy river, beaches, and lunch buffet access with a drink. It also includes access to a locker and showers. I highly recommend water shoes and the to upgrade to the picture package as there are numerous places to take your picture. (NOTE: picture package does not include those taken at the dolphin experience, those are seperate) The show was rather long but very engaging. Both my daughters were entertained throughout and it was a nice way of learning about the culture. The day as a whole was very organized; would do it again.
