We had a lovely tour of Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Our guide Sandra ( I think that’s her name ) and the bus driver were very helpful and made sure we had a nice time. However I felt that we had little time anywhere as when we got lunch we had to return to meeting point. There was also a long delay in getting the boat each time. I do realise such circumstances are outside control. It was very hot waiting in the sun. However the scenery was beautiful. I am glad I went

She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting information and wonderful explanations about the places we visited. She created such a lovely atmosphere and made the tour really enjoyable. A big thank you also to our driver, Renato, who was very professional, friendly and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Lake Como was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed visiting Lugano as well. It was a fantastic day and a very memorable experience. We had a wonderful experience on Ciao Florence’s Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano tour. The entire day was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guide, Alessandra, was fantastic—she was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the itinerary and instructions throughout the day, making the experience completely stress-free. Our driver, Alessandro, was equally professional and ensured that we traveled safely and comfortably. When the ferry at our planned embarkation point unexpectedly broke down, Alessandra and Alessandro acted quickly and efficiently to arrange an alternative departure from a nearby town. We were impressed by how calmly and professionally they handled the situation and kept the tour on schedule. Although it was a long day, it was absolutely worth it. We enjoyed visiting all three destinations and felt that the tour offered a great balance of sightseeing and free time. Thanks to Alessandra and Alessandro, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano in a single day.
This tour has very little to non tour guidence. It’s only a brief explanation every time we leave the bus and 1~2 hours free time. We were walking by ourselves while there were many other guided tours. If you prefer follow your path at your own pace this is a perfect tour. If you want to follow your guide, then look for a different experience

A wonderful way to get a taste of the villages around Lake Como! The boat ride views were just magnificent! Highly recommend as an intro to the area or an excursion if your time is limited. Learned about the history of the area along the way as well!
