Terrible! I bought online on the 23rd when the activity was on the 27th. I got there, and to my surprise, they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed a QR code. Viator hadn't sent me a QR code. I had to call them and spend €18 on a call to solve the problem they themselves had created. I will never buy from Viator again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
