Wonderful experience, matcha was flavorful and the ceremony was captivating. We were able to ask questions afterwards and learned so much about the tea ceremony history and the tea itself. Highly recommend!
The tea ceremony was in one word, exquisite. The whole experience felt like she invited us into her Japanese home steeped in cultural humility and tradition. Funny, patient and kind, the sweet treat experience was also magical and time just froze. Thank you for this experience with my son. It was an honor and a privilege.

Such a great experience, our guide was very knowledgeable and professional and so kind. She took the time to answer a lot of questions about a tea and it was so amazing. For a family of four with an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old and it was a great experience
Fantastic! The tea ceremony was a beautiful, relaxing experience. Learned a lot about the historical and modern day customs around the ceremony. Got to make a sweet 'crystanthenum' from dyed white bean paste. That went well with the delicious frothy matcha that I can now expertly whip up. Yukako runs a great tea experience. Highly recommend.

Experience was cancelled but refund was processed immediately and staff were very friendly and made sure to contact immediately to let us know and refund.
We had a wonderful experience learning about traditional Tea Ceremonies and making traditional Japanese sweets in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The host is VERY talented!
