Jero was the perfect travel companion for us. Jero not only planned the 3 Tokyo days neatly in advance and coordinated them with us, but also showed us the most diverse facets of Tokyo on site afterwards. In German (and thus optimal for our children) he showed us typical sights, but also led us through various neighborhoods as well as to hidden gems. While he captured the day and us as a family photographically every now and then, he brought us closer to both Japanese cuisine and everyday Japanese life on our joint exploration tours. This allowed us to get to know Japan and Japanese culture authentically and in depth. Jero also ensured that we as a family did not have to worry about anything and could thus enjoy our time together fully and without organizational stress. In addition, he adjusted the tour every now and then, depending on the interests as well as the fitness level of the group. Jero is top organized and flexible, shows a lot of passion and also goes the extra mile. We like to look back on three wonderful days with Jero in Tokyo, which we rounded off with a joint Izakaya evening. We thank you very much for the great days and can warmly recommend Jero as a travel companion!

Guide Jero is a fantastic guide, very dedicated, fully engaged, knowledgeable, always approachable, and takes time for requests and questions. Very likable, relaxed, uncomplicated, yet professional, genuinely concerned if one has a small problem. Personal touches beyond the standard tour are not neglected either. I can only recommend him, especially since the tour is conducted in German rather than the usual English, which is quite relaxing. FULL SCORE!!
