Terraço Itália had been on my bucket list for a long time, so I was very disappointed with my experience. My reservation was for 9:00 PM, but despite multiple complaints, we were not seated until nearly 10:00 PM. There were many guests waiting, no chairs available to sit comfortably, and the bar was closed. For a restaurant that presents itself as a five-star dining experience, the organization and customer service were far below expectations. While the view is beautiful, it does not make up for the lack of respect for guests’ reservation times and the poor handling of the situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. I hope management improves the reservation process and guest service in the future.
