I would like to praise guide Isaac for the excellent tour in Rio de Janeiro. Very attentive, friendly and well prepared, made the experience light, interesting and pleasant. Congratulations on the great work!
I only notice that the agency's pre-embarcation communication was poor. The confirmation very over the time and the contact to set the time we would be caught at the hotel was also very over the time. I passed some messages to confirm, but the answers took a while.
It was an incredible experience, with the guide Isaac and the driver Vinícius, both attentive and always informing us about the sights and about the stories of RJ. Role is approved.
