Horrible customer service and an extremely disappointing refund/rescheduling policy.  I booked the NYC Tea Around Town tour for Mother’s Day, but unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, we were unable to attend and needed to reschedule. I tried calling the company but was directed to contact customer service via email. Despite reaching out multiple times over the course of several months, I received no meaningful response. Initially, I wasn’t even asking for a refund,I simply wanted to reschedule and use the nearly $300 I had already paid toward another date. When I finally received a response months later, I was told that I could not reschedule and would need to authorize another charge for the full amount to book again. I will absolutely not be giving this company any more money, which means I am now out nearly $300 for a tour we could not attend because of a medical emergency. I understand that companies have cancellation policies, but emergencies happen. What makes this situation especially frustrating is that I tried for MONTHS to contact the company and resolve the issue. There is no accessible customer service number, my repeated emails went unanswered, and after all that, the only solution offered was for me to pay the full amount all over again. The complete lack of compassion, responsiveness, and reasonable customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with Tea Around Town.

Amazing experience! Our ‘guide’ and tea person were absolutely amazing!!!! We saw parts of NYC that we’ve never seen before. Will definitely recommend!!! Oh and the finger foods were delicious!

The bus was an hour late which impacted our plans for the day. The bus was so cold no one could enjoy anything and the tour operator missed key buildings to tell us about. I can't find how to file a complaint she spent most of the tour texting on her phone. I had extremely high hopes about this tour and it was horrible

This tantalizing Tea Around Town Tour was a celebratory gift for a friend. There was lots of elegant energy in this elegant atmosphere. Our 3-tiered selection of goodies contained an assortment of the sweet & savory. The onboard live entertainment provided by our host and tour guide Emily was terrific. Our Table Host generously introduced us to different blends of hot & cold teas that were delish.

Tea Around Town is a lovely 1-hour tour of mid-town Manhattan's historical buildings, such as St. Peter's Cathedral, the Chrysler Building, and Central Park. This was my second tour. I surprised my 'Big Sis'I for her birthday. I must say that there was a difference between attending on a Monday (not as much energy, not as much tea). However, I would do the tour again in the future so that other friends & family could experience the tea, fascinator, finger, sandwiches, and live music.

Our tickets said 1:30 PM when there was no bus at that time so we commuted to New York to be told that there was only a 12 o’clock bus a waste of money to get into the city to have no experience terrible if I could give it a zero I would

Such a fun experience! Our guide was so sweet and a wonderful singer and the food and teas were just fantastic! I recommend this for ladies and mothers and daughters and granddaughters. It’s just so much fun and you feel like a princess!

No show by bus … waited 20 mins before confirmed no booking despite having paid and having written confirmation.

Viator sold tickets for a tour that wasn’t even operating. We received no cancellation notice, and only found out after arriving that the tour only runs on weekends. Selling tickets for a tour that doesn’t operate on the scheduled date is completely unacceptable.

The Bus was very nicely decorated and the tea itself was ok. However the Bus broke down and they just asked us to leave the bus. No explanation and another bus did not pick us up. I called Viator and they were wonderful. They gave me a full refund. They are a good company. The Tea experience itself was disorganized and not great.
