Such a fun experience! Our guide was so sweet and a wonderful singer and the food and teas were just fantastic! I recommend this for ladies and mothers and daughters and granddaughters. It’s just so much fun and you feel like a princess!

No show by bus … waited 20 mins before confirmed no booking despite having paid and having written confirmation.

Viator sold tickets for a tour that wasn’t even operating. We received no cancellation notice, and only found out after arriving that the tour only runs on weekends. Selling tickets for a tour that doesn’t operate on the scheduled date is completely unacceptable.

The Bus was very nicely decorated and the tea itself was ok. However the Bus broke down and they just asked us to leave the bus. No explanation and another bus did not pick us up. I called Viator and they were wonderful. They gave me a full refund. They are a good company. The Tea experience itself was disorganized and not great.

The “Tea Around Town” is an amazing sightseeing guided tour attraction that offers guests a unique and one of a kind tea experience. The tour features a curated tea service on board a pink colored double decker bus, delicious dishes ranging from sandwiches, scones and desserts, live entertainment, and a narrated sightseeing journey through many of New York City’s landmarks. The tour length is approximately 90 minutes and this attraction is featured and has been well received in numerous cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix and so much more. In June of 2026, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a ride on the “Tea Around Town” specifically the attraction based in New York and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our experience!!! When we arrived for the tour, both my wife and I were graciously welcomed on the bus and were quickly provided with very comfortable seating and a spacious table. We were both in awe of the bus’s interior settings because it featured gorgeous pink and floral decor, and impressive panoramic glass walls and ceilings which allow for great views of the city’s notable destinations. As the bus rode through the city, our tour guide, Josephine did a great job on identifying and discussing many of NY’s great landmarks; such as the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, the Morgan Library & Museum, & St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Josephine also played live music during our tour and beautifully sang many popular songs such as “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” performed by the Shirelles and the “Wildest Dreams” by Taylor Swift. In addition to the great entertainment, my wife and I very much enjoyed our meal and tea. We loved the mini lobster roll, egg salad watercress sandwich and the mini desserts such as pumpkin cheesecake, an eclair, and a lemon meringue. Everything was tasty and highly delicious!!! Since we toured on a very hot and humid day, we were delighted that we were served ice cold tea. We drank many servings of lemon tea and raspberry tea and found them to be sweet, savory and refreshing!!! Our server was very courteous, professional and always checked in on us to make sure we were having a great time. We thank Josephine and the staff providing us with an awesome tour and wonderful tea experience on the “Tea Around Town” and highly recommended for everyone to hop on and ride on this outstanding sightseeing adventure!!!

Be on TIME to avoid rushing at the last moment Give yourself extra time especially, if walking slow . the food & service was excellent , A plus . They even gave you take away boxes for the remnant food ,should you want a doggie bag ! Would Heartly recommend ,even for a New Yorker like me ! Chitra

Operator on call was not cooperative and also communication over the chat was not responsive. Even though I called multiple times saying we might be couple of minutes late due to rain and traffic in NYC. The operator and the driver of the bus didn’t open the doors

PLEASE CHECK YELP AND GOOGLE REVIEWS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a tour for 3 people for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I booked this a month in advance. We opted for the most expensive ticket. Luxury menu. A week ago I emailed to see if it was possible to add a 4th person. 3 days later, they sent some form via email which I filled out and submitted through their channels. My card still hadn’t been charged nor had I received any sort of confirmation the night before the tour. So I thought maybe I did it wrong and submitted it AGAIN. That time I took screen shots and AGAIN I never received any confirmation or email or ANYTHING. Yesterday we arrived at the “meeting point” at 11:58am for a 12pm tour and there was no one there directing or helping anything. By 12:01 I walked up to a guy in a red “TopView” jacket who told me the bus had left already. WE WERE THERE! Why did no one call us? They have all my info, they have the list of people expected to be on this bus. Another gentleman in a “TopView” jacket noticed I was distraught (now I had ruined my daughters 13th birthday and having no backup plan for the rest of our afternoon, I kept her home from school for this “experience”) he sent me to an office down some stairs across 5th Ave. no one in there was any help. All the said was they could reschedule me for a 50% fee 🤣🤣🤣. But there were only 2 spots left on the 2:30pm bus, we were 4 people so how did that help me? They also told me that the bus departed at 12:03pm which is an absolute LIE. I will be disputing this charge (and I’m sure the two additional person charges are coming soon as well) and I will NEVER use this company again. I will also be warning all my influencer friends NOT to do business with or promote this absolute SCAM of a company. I emailed that “customer service” email I was provided at their offices and all they said was they could rebook for a 40% fee instead of a 50% fee. Ruined a little girls 13th Birthday.
