午前 9 時 15 分に Viale Toschi 2 の観光バス停で英語を話すガイドと待ち合わせ、午前 9 時 30 分にツアーを開始します。
まず、Parmigiano Reggiano PDO製造工場に立ち寄ってください。牛乳がどのように処理されてParmigiano Reggiano PDOに変換されるかをご覧ください。なぜこの並外れたチーズを何年もの間保存することができるのか、そしてその品質は何の化学添加物もなしに経時的に向上するのかを調べてください。ガイド付き試飲のおかげで、異なる熟成のチーズを区別する方法を学びます。

Our guild Eleanor was very knowledgeable about the products and the region. I learnt lots today and will never buy parmigiana or prosciutto again without thinking of this tour. An added bonus was the beautiful Italian countryside.
This was an absolute amazing tour with a guide that was so knowledgeable. She was kind, patient and very fluent with English. 5 Star plus.
We loved every minute of our tour in Parma. Each of the three stops were so interesting and informative. We enjoyed tasting all of the products and the relaxed and delicious lunch. The van was comfortable and Sophia was an expert in the production of each of the products, and a fantastic guide. An all around wonderful experience!
Lisa, our guide, was a lifelong Parma resident and an expert on the area, and Parma food traditions and specialities, especially Parmigiana Reggiano and Parma Ham. We thoroughly enjoyed her commentary and insights and learnt a lot during the half day tour. Tastings at both the Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and Parma Ham factory were delicious! Thoroughly worth doing if you are staying in or within a few hours of Parma.
Very informative, fun and enjoyable
Had an amazing day on the tour, such a great experience from start to finish. Learned loads of new things and picked up some really good products at great prices. Lunch was amazing and a real highlight of the day. Our guide was brilliant and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We had an excellent day, really interesting to see the processes of making Parma’s specialties. Our guide Claudia was passionate and knowledgeable and kept us interested all day. Also the lunch was fantastic! Comfortable drive around in a mini van as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour and Claudia was fantastic - Thoroughly enjoyed the cheese, ham and balsamic! Was so interesting to hear all of the history and see each part of their processes. Favourite part was the balsamic and understanding how the barrels all come together, closely followed by the cheese aging room! Would definitely recommend!

An absolutely great day of tastings. We were taken to small, family owned places. We also had a balsamic tastings which was included in our day This was a quick trade ride from Milan and we'll worth spending the day in the Parma region.
