Our guide Mario did an exceptional job providing four different Viennese/Austrian food experiences across Vienna on our food tour this morning, from breads to traditional meals to sweets. He also shared his vast knowledge of the rich history of Vienna and Austria in thoughtful, informed and personal ways, keeping our group of 6 engaged throughout. We really appreciate this was so much more than “just a food tour.” Thanks for a great experience and making our trip to Vienna memorable. We highly recommend this experience!
I contacted the company in advance to ask if they could accommodate a vegetarian diet, and if we could bring our dog, both of which were answered positively. Besides my husband and myself there was just one other person, glad to see they did not cancel the tour because of that. Our guide Lauren has lived in Vienna/Austria for 25 years and clearly was very knowledgeable about the food and various places we went to. The food was delicious, abundant, and I got decent vegetarian options.
The food was good and the guide informative but it was overpriced. Would be better if you bisited more locations and atw less at each.

Mario was fantastic! An informative and interesting tour around Vienna, the perfect balance of learning new things and eating delicious food. Come hungry and ready to enjoy food and learn lots about this incredible city! Mario was very friendly towards our kids (6 and 12) who enjoyed the sausage and pretzel stops the most!
This was an A class introduction to Vienna’s gastronomy, history and culture as Lauren’s knowledge and passion for the city provided our small group with a very delightful tour of the city, as well as some good insight in those three regards for the remainder of my stay afterwards.
