Arrived early for our 2:30 tour, as that morning email confirmed. Called Guest Services and waited 12 minutes being #1 on queue. Got guide name and phone number which was the wrong disconnected #. Recalled Guest Services, #1 on queue only to have my call dropped. 100% refunded expected with apologies and ???

Before the tour, you were informed of a change in departure time, which you confirmed in writing, and an updated voucher was sent to you. Our records confirm that the guide was present and waited as long as reasonably possible before proceeding with the group. When you contacted Customer Support, our team provided you with assistance and tried to help you join the tour. Unfortunately, by that time, it was already too late to join the group. Entry to Schönbrunn Palace is reserved for a specific time slot, and the guide cannot delay the entire group and scheduled itinerary beyond the permitted waiting time. Best regards, Rosotravel

Fantastic overall experience for the family. Despite the inherent challenges of massive crowds and a large group, Alex delivered a very entertaining and informative tour.
The palace was beautiful maintained and efficiently run. The gardens were gorgeous even in the rain. Our guide, Alexandra, was knowledgeable and patient with the crowds and moved us through the palace and gardens at a comfortable pace.
We had a great time exploring the palace and learning about history of Austria. The palace is beautiful with amazing architecture and well kept gardens. Our tour guide Roland was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. Overall it’s a good couple of hour excursion in Vienna. Also we didn’t have to wait in line to enter or anything else.
We all enjoyed the tour which was very informative. Alex was a very good guide, accommodating and helpful but best of all was so knowledgeable. His explanations interspersed with trivia, humor and anecdotes enriched the whole experience.

The castle and gardens were great. Friendly guide, but for us the story took too long. You had to stand still too long each time Advice, do not take a guided tour, but a voice recorder and go independently. Saves you a lot of money
It’s beautiful and a must-see if in Vienna. Our guide was wonderful and really shared great historical information with us - from the Hapsburg family tree down to the explanation of the artwork.
