We had a great experience with this company. Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim when we disembarked, waited as our luggage was delayed by a storm passing through the area, and then drove us safely through that storm to our hotel near the port. He was professional and courteous.
Luis was great! He was there to greet us at the airport. We did not have to wait! Great conversation on the drive over. Very helpful and pleasant!
Thank you so much, Michael! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with us. Luis is a fantastic part of our team, and we'll make sure to pass along your kind words — he'll be so pleased to hear this! We know that after a flight, the last thing you want is to wait around, so we always strive to be right there when our guests arrive. It sounds like Luis made the ride to Port Canaveral exactly what it should be — comfortable, friendly, and stress-free. We hope your cruise was absolutely wonderful, and we'd love to be your first call the next time you're in Orlando or heading to the port. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience — it truly means a lot to the entire ATG Orlando team! 🌟
EXCEPTIONAL experience -- Leonardo is a fantastic driver and a wonderful conversationalist. Best transfer we've had in YEARS - They were wonderful with adjusting our pickup time when the cruise line changed our boarding window. Highly recommend - wish I could rate them 6 stars. :-)
Amber, thank you so much for this incredible review — it truly made our day! 🌟 We'll make sure Leonardo sees this — he'll be absolutely thrilled to know he made such a lasting impression. Comments like yours are exactly why he loves what he does. We completely understand how stressful last-minute changes from cruise lines can be, and we're so glad we could adapt to your new boarding window without missing a beat. Your peace of mind is always our priority. We hope your cruise was everything you dreamed of, and we'd love to be your go-to transfer whenever you're back in Orlando or heading to Port Canaveral again. Safe travels, Amber — and thank you for the virtual 6th star! 😊
What a PERFECT experience. Luis contacted me by phone and text that he was on the way to the port. He even arrived before we were off the ship! The Chevy Suburban was perfect to fit all of our luggage and passengers. We are so thankful for Luis and his kindness. We will be using them again when we return in 2 weeks!

Worst experience ever with this tour operator. They sent my contact info to 2 drivers. I received text and phone calls from 2 different drivers. We got in the car of the 1st driver to arrive and we're on our way. Because of traffic it was almost an hour and a half drive. 30 minutes into the ride, the dispatcher from the drivers company called him. They said he picked up the wrong passengers. They sent him my contact info so not his fault. Then the dispatcher told him to turn around and take us back and pickup the other passengers. We could not turn around on the freeway and we had a flight to catch. The dispatcher threatened the driver and said turn around or don't get paid. Then they hung up. I told the driver not your fault, please take us to the airport and I will pay cash for the fare. I have called Viatar and requested a full refund.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify the details of your reservation. Below is a copy of the only text message our dispatch team sent to you the day before your trip: Atlantic Transportation Group LLC Conf #: 29709 (0.00) Scheduled: 2/16/2026 8:30 AM Passenger: Ken Y. After a thorough review of the reservation details and dispatch records, we confirm that the service was managed in accordance with our policies. Sincerely, Atlantic Transportation Group LLC
Service used to accommodate 6 with luggage. Barely and very tightly covered only 4 with luggage. Costs were based on 6 with luggage. Service was a partial scan. Driver was extremely nice and thoughtful.
